This is a very nice hotel. I've probably stayed there 8-10 times over the past four years. By car, it's two minutes to I-84 or the airport, five minutes to BSU and a few more to downtown. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good free breakfast, free parking, nice neighborhood. Great value.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. This time the property seemed unkept. Our room on the second floor had a shade that was broken and wouldn’t open. There was hair on our bathroom floor. No mat for the tub which was super slippery when showering. We had a pet and had to go up and down the stairs with her rather than be on floor 1. the gentleman above us we could hear every footstep he took and he woke early in the morning.
The juice machine was not working for orange juice.
The best addition was the new coffee service at breakfast. Loved the coffee.
And I’ve been a member for years and received no water upon arrival. What happened to that perk?

Great clean Holiday Inn. I have stayed many times for Business Trips and the staff, close proximity to the airport, clean, and quite place to rest between meetings. I will always stay at this hotel when I am flying into Boise for meetings.

We use this hotel each time we have an early/get in late flight out of Boise, as our home is several hours away from the airport. It's everything we need in a hotel, and has free parking for the time you are away when you ask for the park and fly package. Everything about the hotel and staff always makes for a great stay.

Overall a great stay for the price we paid. The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool was great, the kids had a good time.

My only problem with this hotel they say they have bus and rv parking. Problem is they are doing construction and have a lot of the parking lot taken up with construction materials. Should have that on their website. Besides that the place is great would stay again once construction is complete.

Dirty items and run down rooms. Dirty towels, dirty comforter, brown liquid in safe in the 1st room, switched to a new room and the safe was missing, switched to a 3rd room and safe wouldn't open and had an error code. Luckily the very nice employee was a able to reset it for us, the door of the bathroom wouldn't latch, and the shower had hair in it.

We were staying here while supporting our son in his enlistment into the U.S. Army. It was a very emotionally charged time for us, and this was a perfect place to deal with it all. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they even had a few board games available for us to play while spending the last few hours with our son before he shipped out! The room was quiet and comfortable, allowing us a space that felt like home as we spent valuable time as a family. The mini fridge and microwave were perfect as we had brought our own food to save on travel cost. And the variety of the breakfast the next morning was much appreciated. Even my newborn slept well here and that's saying something since it wasn't home! All in all, I would definitely stay here again and would encourage others to do so as well. Thank you for providing just what we needed.
Friendly Staff Room Not Clean

The staff was friendly and at first glance the hotel looked nice enough. Our rom was ready several hours before check-in which was great. However the room was dirty with greasy hand prints on all the doors, the refrigerator had not been wiped out in some time and there was old spills in it, greasy headprints on the headboards, sticky spills on the nightstand, the bathtub looked dirty and the drain had a lot of hair in it. When we adjusted the TV on the swivel arm dust fell out and we discovered there was a ton of dust on the back of the TV. It is clear other than a basic wipe down and linens changed the room had not been well cleaned in some time. We ended up going to buy wipes to wipe down the room ourselves. We will not be staying here again.

This hotel is very close to airport and so glad for availability otherwise we would have traveled from 2 hours away to catch our flight.
