Over more than 20 years of staying at Holiday Inn hotels I have never interacted with such outstanding and helpful staff. From check inn to emailing me about items left at the hotel after our stay they were the most professional, helpfull and friendly staff. The room was clean and very conformable. The staff at the breakfast area was also very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that the breakfast food though good was very repetitive. I could not have been happier with our overall experience..

I will highly recommend this facility, they are customer friendly, it’s a family atmosphere and they go out of their way to make your stay experience enjoyable it’s in a excellent location and it’s very safe with shops and restaurants at every turn

I would prefer having air conditioning filters changed more often. Sinus congestion every time I turned on the air conditioner
It would be more welcoming to me, Europeans, and Asians if the rooms had an electric kettle
I would definitely stay at this hotel again

My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel during our trips to South America. The hotel location is great with walking distances to many attractions, stores, and transportation. The room is very clean and comfortable. We enjoy the 24 hours self-serving snack bars!

I have been both a business and leisure guest at this hotel since the early 2000s. My stays exceed 60 times and my expectations are always met; as well with the owner's property in Santiago, Chile.
On this "pleasure" visit I was accompanied by my 23- and 20-year old grandsons. Though my original reservation was for two, I arrived with an accommodation need for three guests. The front desk receptionist was very professional and made immediate accommodations to meet our needs. Thank you.
As we spent the prior week in Patagonia, my grandsons especially liked the comfortable beds, warm showers and great breakfast variety. The youngest is a university student at Western Washington University - Bellingham, WA and was able to take this semesters final exams remotely. He did in the quiet of the hotels breakfast room (mid afternoon) on the good wi-fi service.
If I seem high on this hotel, I am. Thank you for taking good care of me over the years. It's much appreciated.

Attention to detail is lacking

It's in a good location, but it's an aging hotel with a low level of service. We waited about 10-15 minutes to check in, and the front desk did not acknowledge our arrival. Our housekeeping service was also skipped. Because of that we requested two new sets of towels. We were specifically asked if we wanted washcloths and hand towels, which we did. After a long wait, we were given one (old, thin) towel and told it was the only one available in the hotel. Furnishings are tired. Our status was acknowledged, but we were not given a choice of a welcome amenity and were not offered the free room upgrade.

La planta física necesita mantenimiento urgente, muchas humedades , el aire acondicionado en el comedor muy deficiente, la oferta de alimentos en el innporio muy deficiente, y la calidad del café lamentablemente muy malo. En realidad lo único que no se rajò fue la habitación y el servicio de camareras. Mucho por mejorar!!

We arrived early and because there was a room ready we were able to check in early which was much appreciated after a long flight. Hotel was in easy walking distance to Florida Street

Sleep good, hotel in need of upgrading . Staff ok. Clean. Only problem - no good hot water in shower . Area is not very good

el hotel es lindo pero no funcionan los televisores de las habitaciones, tuve que cambiar de habit pq eno funcionaba el aire acondicionado, me cambiaron a un piso inferior a una habit mas chica, no tiene restaurante ni cochera cercana el hotal
