Animals at a "no pet" hotel.

Overall stay was good but web site said "no pets". I observed 5 animals being brought in by other guests during our stay which obviously were not service animals. We select hotels with "no pet" policies because of my wife's severe allergies. Wish your management would enforce these stated policies.

I chose this hotel because it was the only Hotel I could find that had a cool pool to swim in for kids. It has a lazy river, dumping buckets and a small slide! After going to Legoland and Cosi, when my children are asked what they did on vacation they told their teacher they stayed at a really cool hotel!
This has been the third year that we stayed there while on vacation and it's always been awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. The rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet! There are so many restaurants around to go eat at and Kroger is just down the street. It is definitely my kids favorite part of vacation. We also like taking Walks Behind the hotel in the grassy area by the woods it's very peaceful.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay the pool area was great and our child had a great time with the slide and water. The room was great and we had the lady that checked us in check in on us when we seen her throughout the hallway. She was awesome. Also the rest of the staff always asked how everything was going when we seen them throughout the hotel

The check in staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a quiet stay. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly as well. We recommend this hotel.

Check in staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap. Will definitely stay here again.

This property never fails in making your stay memorable and meeting your needs. Clean, convenient, responsive staff, good breakfast options, nice pool (although the hot tub has been closed - and the mushroom water feature was not working) still a great place for kids or adults looking for some water play. Rooms are nice, pillows could be better but I’ve never had a good hotel pillow anywhere, so that could just be me. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

You need to bring back the hot tub. The hotel’s always been very nice and I’m disappointed that the hot tub got taken out. And your reviews are way too long. You can shorten them up quite a bit asking the same question or over.

The pool was definitely the highlight of our stay—clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was just okay—nothing special, but it got the job done. The bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The sink counter was visibly rotting from moisture damage, and the carpet felt dirty. The room clearly needs some updates and better maintenance.

We love this hotel as we are a big family and stay at least twos year. Big rooms allow us all to fit in just two rooms more than comfortably. And they always get us next to each other or just across the hall. The pool is the best and a great time for everyone of all ages. Wish the hours were later than 9pm. Just bc we like to do things through the day and this leaves less than an hour in the pool. The fitness room is great. We love being able to start our day with a little work out. Breakfast is a great big selection. Everyone can eat and get full. The location is great as well. The staff is wonderful and willing to help in any way. Comfortable beds, high shower heads (this makes my 6’6” husband happy). And they have DOVE shower essentials! We will always stay here. Best family hotel I have found traveling all over Ohio, WV, and PA with kids from 6months old to adults!
