Ten hotel był bardzo czysty! Personel w recepcji był wspaniały. Byliśmy w trudnej sytuacji, a oni byli bardzo przychylnie nastawieni. Jedzenie na śniadanie było bardzo smaczne, a oni EVEN zapewnili torby na wynos, których nigdy nie widziałem w hotelu. Jedzenie było różnorodne, a sok był naprawdę dobry! Była nas duża grupa i wszyscy byliśmy mile zaskoczeni. Nie zawiedziesz się, jeśli tu pobyt .
Double Billed, No Follow Up

Stay was fine/sufficient until I realized I was double billed and haven’t been help since. It has been a week and I have yet to be contacted by the GM. Corporate Service Team has been less than helpful as well, delegating to hotel GM. Would not recommend.

Have stayed here numerous times. First visit that was not up to what I have experienced in the past.
*First and most important is that our bathroom smelled like sewer. We told the desk and they did send up someone who did pour something down the drains. It did make a difference UNTIL morning when the sewer smell returned. We told desk again though we were leaving. Hopefully that will be resolved before your next guest.
*The refrigerator was not working...told desk and they replaced. How that passed while cleaning/checking room is baffling.
*The air conditioner was so loud we had trouble sleeping. When watching TV we had to turn up the volume to hear the TV.
*The pool area was large BUT the slide portion nearest the water was gross...no other way to say it. Bottom portion was brown and looked sticky...obviously had not been cleaned in some time. We left...not knowing how clean the pool area really was.
I do want to end on a positive note.....the lady running the kitchen/breakfast was wonderful!! She was there every morning making sure all food was well supplied and was cleaning food area as well as the entire room.
Great person and a hard worker!!!! Only downside was that the choice were the same for 3 of our 4 night stay.
With that said the food was good..
Not sure if we will be back at this IHG hotel.

We have stayed here at Polaris numerous times visiting family in theColumbus area. No complaints ever until now.
First and most important is that our bathroom smelled like sewer. We did inform the front desk. They did send someone up to pour solution in all drains. Initially, the smell was gone. We woke up in the morning with the same strong sewer smell in the bathroom. We did inform desk though we were leaving. Hopefully it will be resolved before your next guests!!
Our refrigerator did not work which is hard to believe the previous guests did not resolve this with hotel.
We again went to the desk and the refrigerator was replaced.
The air conditioner was so loud we had difficulty sleeping. While watching TV we had to increase volume when the air conditioner came on.
Lastly, The portion of the slide at the pool nearest the water was "gross" to say the least. It was brown and looked greasy. The slide hadn't been cleaned. obviously for some time. We then decided to leave the pool area. Who know what was growing in the pool.
I want to end with a very positive note. The woman in the kitchen was a jack of all trades. Making sure all food was hot and restocked "everything" and always cleaning up. She was wonderful and was there every morning. Not much variety of food each morning, pretty much the same, but what was there was good.
Not uiete sure if we will bet back at this specific IHG hotel.

I had been staying at this hotel when I am in the area for business, it's been several years now. However, I will no longer be staying here.
This hotel is a premium price because of it's pool area, which is great for families. I've booked this hotel in the past for one reason- their hot tub. Sadly, they have elected to fill in the hot tub but leave it there. I took a picture of it for this review; it's just a sad thing to look at, with vinyl fencing surrounding it.
The hotel is also in need of maintenance and renovation, my room had several problems. The lamp on the nightstand had built in outlets but they were so loose I could not charge my cell phone. After I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they provided a power strip for the nightstand.
The other lamp had a short in the cord and flickered if you bumped it.
However, it is no longer worth the longer drive and higher price point since there is no longer a hot tub.
No problems at all.

I had booked the wrong day for our stay (I had book it a week prior to when we were actually to stay) and upon arrival was extremely impressed with the front desk's compassion and willingness to help us out by refunding our "no-show" and allowing us to re-book for the correct night. Special shout-out to Todd for the help with this situation.
Besides this, the hotel was clean, all of the staff were friendly, and the pool is a huge bonus for families. We'll stay here again next time we are in Columbus.

Todd greeted us when we arrived and checked us in early and quickly - everything was great - wonderful location - easy access from highway. Hotel was quiet and breakfast area was neat and tidy and lots to choose from

Stayed Monday evening with 7 and 3 year old grandaughters. The pool was amazing like a small waterpark. Dinning close by great location. Breakfast was good sausage eggs bacon pancakes plus cerials and bread items. 20 minjutes to the Columbus zoo. Perfect grandparent /grandchildren location

Overall the stay was fine. A couple of things in terms of improvement. There were 2 elevators on the property but only one of them worked. That was annoying. The other thing that I would call out is key cards consistently stopped working. Had to go to the front desk 3-4 times to get cards that worked.

This will be my hotel choice from here on out for work or leisure. It was very clean, temperature was comfortable, the bed and the pillows were amazing, so very soft my head just sank into them. I didn't think I would like the location of my room, it was right off the elevators, so I was a bit concerned about the noise I might hear, but I didn't hear a peep. I wish they had a few other port options for phones and things, but this is minor for me. I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast, but it smelled delicious.
