The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! They went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced at a hotel before! I never do reviews, but felt they needed recognition for the great service we received!

The pool was closed for the first day and the jacuzzi was closed for both days. Staff member was very rude, on her cell phone and seemed to be bothered by us asking questions about the pool. Very unprofessional.
Would not stay here again!

We arrived on Friday evening. The young lady at the front desk was checking us in. She asked if I was aware that I had booked a handicap room. I told her no, but if that was all that was available, then I would take it. She told me when I book on an external site, I get what I get. I reiterated that I had booked in the IHG app. She argued with me and told me I did not, that she sees where I booked elsewhere. She was very persistent and adamant that I had booked somewhere other than the app. Finally, she realized she had already checked my name in and switched over to another name and that was in fact, NOT my booking. Very unprofessional.
The 2nd complaint: our room was extremely humid! The sheets felt damp. The room air was damp. I knocked the AC down to hopefully relieve some of the humidity. Nope, it didn’t work. Miserable!
The 3rd complaint: in the room above us on our 2nd night, it sounded like a herd of cattle running around ALL. NIGHT. LONG. (I’m pretty certain it was the group of high schoolers who were there, as I knew they were staying on the 4th floor.)
The 4th and final complaint: After checking out of the hotel, my daughter (who slept in her own bed) and I noticed that she had small, red bites all over her - face, legs, arms, feet, everywhere. These bites were not on her when we arrived and worsened through our stay.
The best part of our stay was the breakfast- cinnamon rolls in particular.
We have never had these issues with IHG hotels. (IHG is our favorite.) I think this one location is singled out. (Or I hope, anyway.) My last review of IHG was amazing- probably the best I’ve ever given. This was, by far, the worst experience we’ve ever had in hotel stays. Very saddened by this location!

We stayed here on our way home. It was easy on and off the highway. There was plenty of parking and the lot was well lit. The atmosphere walking in was pleasant and calm. Check in was easy. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for the night. Bathroom was clean and we had enough towels for our stay. The pillows were great and the bed comfortable. We had a good breakfast with the best bacon I have ever had on the road. Check out was easy. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great stay in Conway, AR. Close to everything and very quiet location even though it is close to the interstate. Clean rooms and great breakfast choices. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
Worn, lacked cleanliness, and knowledge

We have stayed at other hotels in the area and I wouldnt come back to this hotel. It felt worn and lacked cleanliness. We had to switch rooms after the first room smelled like vomit. You’re charged a $5/night fee on top of after when you book.
Terrible hotel rude manager

Do not book with this hotel. I called the local number. The manager kept arguing with me that I booked online. There is a problem with their system book with any other hotel the manager is rude and unhelpful.

The hotel was just okay. The rooms are a little dated with molding coming off at places and the silconing in the bathroom could have been better. Overall, it did what i expected. The room was quiet and clean.

This location is always clean and it is convenient. A lot of restaurants in the nearby area. The breakfast here is 2nd to none. Always plenty of variety and kept fresh and clean. This place is our go to when passing through this area.
