One of my best stays as the staff was extremely warm, hospitable and helpful. The housekeeping, restaurant, front desk and concierge staff was quite prompt and supportive. Cleanliness was top notch and the kids had a great time at the swimming pool (also well maintained).

This is my usual night halt go to place whenever I am coming from Agra. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Specific mention is of Duty Manager Mrs.Yashodra Sharma and Chef Anil. I am really happy to report that they both took extra bit to make our stay comfortable. Mr. Anurag made our check-in process very smooth. Thanks team Crowne Plaza Greater Noida yet again.

The stay was excellent and the team as usual is awesome.
Special Mention to Mr. Upadhyaya (GM), Ms. Yashodhara (Front Desk), Chef Rajeev (Executive Chef), Chef Anil, Mr. Deven and Mr. Divakar at the Restaurants. We had clients coming for EPCH and all of them had kind words for the team
Also to mention that we had done Marriage Event at the Crowne Plaza in Feb,2025 and the experience, stay, Venue decoration and food was amazing. During the hosting of the event, we had Support from Mr. Sharad Upadhyaya (GM), Ms. Ankita Palit, Mr. Bhavya, Mr. Rajeev (Executive Chef), Support team and the general support from all the team - Security, Valet Parking etc. We wanted to extend our thanks and appreciation for the whole team for making day memorable for the Bride and Groom and will not hesitate in recommending the same to our friends and family for hosting a similar event at Crowne.
Kudos to the Crowne Plaza Team Greater Noida and Heart felt thankyou to all especially Ankita & Bhavya for bearing with all the requests that we had !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the opportunity to enjoy the Hospitality at Crowne Plaza Gr Noida for the sixth time in the last one year . A memorable experience once again,

My stay at Crowne Plaza, Greater Noida was an absolute delight from start to finish! The team’s Customer-centric approach stood out immediately – they greeted us with genuine warmth .
Specially at the entrance Miss Ashi, GRE with her overwhelming.

Anurag and Neeraj Thapa with supportive instincts, and greeted me for Diamond Elite status and then upgraded my room to Suite.

The food quality here deserves a special shoutout. The dining experience was exceptional, with a menu that blended local flavors and international classics. Every dish was prepared with care, and the breakfast buffet became a daily highlight we all looked forward to. Even our pickiest eater couldn’t resist the mouthwatering options!
Thanks to Head Chef Anil ji and his care for the customer is mind blowing and he remembers last time visit as well. Also met Executive chef Mr. Rajiv and he is very focussed person.
Sandeep is also nice guy at Restaurant.
Special mention about IRD person Mr. Amit who is phenomenal with his customer centric approach
What impressed us most was the spotless cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. My suite room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with modern amenities that added to our comfort. Housekeeping deserves applause for maintaining such high standards throughout my stay .
Special mentioning about the bar Lounge and found some gap of understanding but still managed issues raised during the lounge hours. I forgot the name of a person who is bald and nice moustache helped me a lot. ( I think Sandeep if I am not wrong)
Crowne Plaza has set always benchmark for family-friendly hospitality under GM Mr. SHARAD UPADHYAY guidance. I am thankful to chef Anil ji who took me to meet GM sir and he showcased the same customer delight and I approached for feedback on Lounge issue. Hello ensured the quality and customer centricity to be maintained.
I would recommend this property for seamless blend of relaxation, superb service, and gourmet dining, and stay.

Location the the IGHF show is great.
Nice hotel. It needs a deep clean - felt like it wasn’t really cleaned since 2022.
Towels need an upgrade especially considering located in India which produces many textiles

Had an excellent stay at this facility. Checkin staff helped us identifying the rooms of our choice. They were cordial and helpful. Food was excellent and special Thanks to the chef Mr. Laxmi who catered to our custom needs and ensured a great quality and delicious food was available to us even though we were late. Also thanks to the chef Mr. Anil for ensuring our breakfast was as per our requirements. The staff attending at tables ensured we had atmost comfort and were readily available. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks for making our stay memorable - the Crown Plaza Greater Noida "team".

Absolutely positive experience, spacious rooms, impeccable service. Amazing experience! Awesome Staff, Mr. Nikhil at reception was so friendly and very helpful. Provided a smooth check and checkout aslo aloted the best room. He went above and beyond and we will be forever grateful. We loved our Stay at the Crowne Plaza Greater Noida.The Views were excellent - we woke up to the sunrise and at night witnessed moon rise. Loved everything about our stay!

It was nice comfortable stay. Sumedha and Aashi made our sray even more special by quick and smooth checkin by Sumedha ans delicious anniversary cake and flower by Aashi. Both staff were very kind and nice with us. Enjoyed our stay

Great hospitality during check in by reception. Good room provided in upper floor. Like the ambience except Breakfast area being crowded at Mosaic with multiple folks keep checking upon room number which is little annoying.
The staff and managers are great and offer help.
Check out staff is also great and do things with a smile 😊 .
