Very cozy comfortable affordable breakfast area good and very nice location. Clean the staff was accommodating and pleasant. The brags had so many choices to choice from .

The ability to park your car, shuttle to and from hotel is helpful. The hotel has recently been updated and lobby is clean and breakfast is early to accommodate travelers.

Don’t stay here. Apparently it doesn’t matter what room you book they don’t hold it for you and only based on availability at the time of check in. Beds aren’t comfortable. Our sheets were dirty and there were at least 6 stick bug traps we found in our room w an assortment of dead bugs stuck on them.
Solid hotel in a super convenient spot

I stayed at the hotel after picking someone up from the airport. Not only was it great that was only 10 mins from the airport, but there was tons of food around it too. The hotel staff was nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall a better stay and more sociable workers than some other IHG hotels. Would recommend.

The thing I hate most about hotels is the lack of easily accessible good coffee. I was pleasantly surprised that this place had fresh brewed coffee available 24 hours! Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at Holiday inn Express again.

Hotel was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was modern and clean.
The blackout remote blinds were a nice touch.

I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn express during the summer for the past few years. I have stayed at other hotels in the area, but haven’t been as pleased. My recent stay was most enjoyable due to Matthew the manager paying close detail to everything that was needed. The staff is always pleasant accommodating & the rooms are nice. I always have an enjoyable stay. Easy access to the airport with the shuttle service. I look forward to being there a couple more times during this summer
No coffeemaker in room!!

For 60 years I have been a huge fan of Holiday Inn Express until this trip. Not having a coffeemaker in the room is a game changer for me. To have to wait for the elevator to go down to the lobby for my first cup of coffee?!? This is one of the main reasons I always chose Holiday Inn Express. Not any more.

This is an average Holiday Inn with one problem: no coffee maker in room. Although the facilities are fine, the lack of a coffee maker means I have to go downstairs everything I want a cup, not a way to relax.
Pay to park, rude host make this hotel below avg!

I find it ridiculous that this hotel charges for parking. I've stayed at many IHG properties and have never been charged for parking unless it was an entertainment district or in a downtown location. This is far from that! I had difficulties with the app you need to use on your phone to pay. When I attempted to ask the host at the front desk to add the parking fee to my bill, his response was "It doesn't work that way." He seemed more interested in telling people what day of the week they were born on when checking their I.D.

My stay was enjoyable. The bed was super comfortable, the layout of the room was well thought out, and there were some lights on when I first walked in so I didn't have to enter a completely dark room- nice! The coffee in the morning was the BEST hotel coffee I have ever had; same for the cinnamon roll!
Cons- paying for parking. I was only there for 7 hours and paying for the parking was extremely annoying. The guy at the front counter was nice, bit almost too engaging. It was a tad personal I thought and kind of came off a little creepy, but I'm assuming he didn't mean it that way.
All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The area is safe and easily accessible from the main highways. We were comfortable and rested in a quiet area.
