Front check in to check out, they treat you like family. Staff are hands down the friendliest! Hotel is super clean, quiet, comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful especially with the coffee machines! Excellent coffee free with your stay!

This was a very nice, clean hotel. It was either new or recently renovated, or just kept in great condition. Either way, you win! My only complaint was that the pillows were a little flat, but it didn’t make me lose sleep.

From the moment we checked, in we had a great experience at the hotel. The property felt brand new, immaculate, and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Exceptionally clean, nice hotel. Front desk staff are super friendly. Fresh coffee anytime. Never had issue with noise. Minutes away from great restaurants.

En 11 días de estadía solo pasan a tender la cama, no limpian la habitación y carece de amenidades, como botella de agua.
Incluso las habitación te la signan y no es del todo limpia.
Problemas en su sistema para pagos, lo que lleva a bloqueos de disponible en tarjetas.
Paper thin walls and water lines rattle in the wall.

This is a nice hotel on the exterior but it's cheaply built. You can here other people's conversations/ snoring as if they were sitting in the same room with you. Sound is just too easily transmitted through the ceiling and walls. I'm a diamond member and this is hands down the noisiest ihg property I've stayed at. Nice staff just a bad build quality.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel as well as our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options, staff on hand to keep things clean and options filled. Will definitely be back again and would recommend to anyone visiting Ft. Smith.

Świetny hotel, to jedyne miejsce, w którym się pobyt , odwiedzając moją córkę. Czysty i przyjazny personel. Uwielbiam tę lokalizację i ich okolicę. Świetne miejsca do jedzenia w pobliżu, a zakupy są tuż za rogiem. Ogólnie świetny hotel?

pierwsza noc była świetna bardzo spokojny sen bardzo dobry miałem świetny dzień następnej nocy ludzie zameldowani obok nas byli bardzo hałaśliwi, a dzieci biegały po korytarzu, krzyczały i płakały przez większość nocy
