Staff were very friendly! Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. I highly recommend staying here. My husband and I will make this our choice next time. This hotel was packed during our stay, yet the staff always had smiles on their face and were very cordial.
False advertising and stealing

Upon arrival at the hotel noticed there was no parking, parking lot was under construction, parking spaces were occupied with gravel rocks and tractors. Had to park on street. Rooms smelled moldy and the hotel had no available rooms to accommodate, another guest from our party had the same issue with mold smell and was moved to another room. Outdoor pool was freezing cold and pool bathroom was used as a storage room for landscaping tools, leaf blowers hoses etc.
checked out after 1 night and checked my statement to find that they purposefully credited me the original reservation price I made for $248.01and re-charged me $348.01, the added $100 on top of the original reservation price. INSANE… my buddy was also overcharged.

This is a great place to stay. It is very clean and the staff are super friendly. It was my first time staying here in Fresno. I would stay here again. I will be telling all my friends and family about this property

The check in process was very easy and the room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch to get my day started. I will definatery stay there again in the future.

The noise from AC and fridge is very very very load. It's hard to tollerate.
Breakfast is good but not that much choice.
Staff are pretty helpful.
Area around there is not that safety. There are a lot of homeless people around, which makes people feel scared.
Management overcharge without explaining.

Overcharge me additional $500 without discussing it with me. I had to check my bank account and see the transaction. I called and asked what’s the charges and they said that because there was a missing office chair?! Why would I steal an office chair?!!
Bad service, loud, not clean

The ac was broken in the first room i had, the 2-4 rooms not clean, there were stains on the bed sheet, hair in the shower, blood on the toilet. walls are thin, can hear everything in the next door. front desk is extremely slow - took an hour to check in. breakfast has egg, sausage or bacon, and biscuit, granola bars, banana/apple/oranges. not alot of variety.

Room was clean, guest services were polite.
If you need the sofa bed, don't rely on comfort of the mattress. It was very uncomfortable. The beds are always comfortable, but I wish they would provide a pillow that is a bit more firm.

This is the second time I've stayed here. The staff are superb. They care and listen. My dad was having eye surgery near by. Patrick was very accommodating. He helped get me a room a little early so I could help my dad right after surgery. We liked the free breakfast. The rooms are updated and clean. Thank you staff!

Booked 3 rooms for family trip, rooms were very spacious, comfortable beds, no noise at night so slept real good. Breakfast was great and fully stocked. Will be booking here next time I travel down to Fresno area again.

Literally the only thing I didn’t like was I checked in for 2 adults and 4 kids but was only given 3 towel sets. They gave them to me no problem, but I had to ask every day
