Stayed here for celebrating a special occasion with family. The Hotel property is good, with good rooms, good restaurants and good facilities.
The Biggest strength of the Hotel is its Staff. They definitely know how to take care of the guests. I would like to give a special shout out to the following staff members of Crown Plaza Gurgaon
Chef Sandeep, Chef Swagat and Ravi from Cafe G and Kaansa
Anita, Manisha, Bhavna and Nitin from Guest relations team
Vipin from the Housekeeping team.

Porter Deepak and driver Raj are very professional. Waiter Deepak at cafe G can remember my Chai selection after 1 week later i returned to same hotel. Also I used point and cash to redeem this stay they gave me free breakfast.
I will return to this hotel whenever I am in Delhi,
Good but the restaurant was very expensive

Overall the hotel was good, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. But I couldn’t believe how expensive the restaurant was. I know it’s a hotel restaurant but I still don’t expect to pay more for a curry in India than I do in U.K. I did also question the 3 very small pieces of chicken (on the bone) in the biryani, it may as well have been a vegetarian dish! I’m sure the price of the food was why the restaurant was fairly empty every night.

As always greeted by Surinder and his team at concierge. All smiles. Utsav the front office mgr was all smiles to see me back. Instant allocation of room of my choice and the chef Amit and Chef Swagat always delight you with their delicious food and culinary skills
House keeping knew exactly what I always need in my room. Coming to Crowne plaza is like returning home. All touch points are always taken care off. Debashish you have a great team and your smiles always mean a lot to me. A big thanks again for your love and affection to make my trip a memorable one.

Despite being a IHG Platinum (was IHG diamond till dec) was given a room like a “store room”.. half of window was WALL AND the part of window which was open, half was covered by an automated “curtain” which could not be moved .
I have stayed here before numerous times, but guess this hotel management now feels “privileged” and don’t care for loyal customers .
