If you are gonna charge for smoking you need to have evidence that smoking was going on inside the room not because of a smell many ways a room can smell like smoke. If you are smoking in those rooms it would spread all over that hotels floor I don’t appreciate being charged for something I didn’t do.

First time staying and really love it , rooms are pretty clean and all furniture brand new ,room is spacious and bed very comfortable, would definitely recommend if staying close to Vegas , all employees are very welcoming especially the front desk agents who checked me in , they gave my whole family a warm and genuine welcome ,
Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent housekeeping.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would prefer that bathroom amenities included, non-scented hand, soaps, shampoos and conditioners. We would also prefer organic non-GMO options for breakfast.

Met several staff members. The gentleman at the registration desk "Emanual" and his female associate were excellent, polite, and accommodating, I was very impressed.
Awful shower and pool

Shower had zero water pressure. Couldn't properly wash hair. Pool is little, dirty and cold
Great Staff and Clean Rooms, But Unbearably Loud

While the facilities at the Atwell Henderson at the pass were very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating, our overall stay was disappointing. We appreciated the continental breakfast, but the loud music blaring outside both of our rooms until 2:00 AM made it impossible to get any rest. I called the front desk to ask when the music would stop and was told it would end around 10:00 or 10:30 PM. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
I booked two rooms specifically so that my daughters and I could get a good night's sleep before her flag football tournament, but instead, we were both exhausted the next morning. This really ruined what was supposed to be a restful trip. Unless I’m guaranteed a quieter room in the future, I don’t see myself staying here again.
The bathroom was amazing the pull out bed seemed queen sized it was so much space I love the extra sink in the living area the high top table

The high top table was great for family meals the weather wasn’t it best so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool really wish that was indoors but besides that we had a beautiful experience no one was rude everyone was kind and informative and helped us around the town as well it was the week day so it wasn’t as busy as the weekends we were unfortunately but we did have a good time

The overall stay was great, except housekeeping was terrible. During a four night stay, housekeeping only came in once, and failed to empty the trash, remove dirty dishes, replace toilet paper, and the shower was out of soap our entire stay. The front desk staff were wonderful, and really made us feel welcome. Other then the housekeeping issue, it was great. Even with this shortcoming, I would not hesitate staying here again. It was a really nice place!

Attending a conference and this was 1 of 3 accommodations that were recommended. I'm glad that I stayed here. The room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of room. The breakfast was just right. Loved that it had eggs and delicious items but not so many so less food to waste. Loved the beverage bar. Coffee was great. I found they had a hotel in the location where I will be traveling in August and already booked my stay with them again.

What a Gem for Water Street. I would have given this 5 stars all the way around but my City View Room, which was GORGEOUS, had insanely dirty windows which was disappointing and the breakfast, eh...OH and I am old, I was thankful there is a local noise ordinance, since it was a dance party in my room from the local bars. All that being said, would highly recommend, the staff were all so friendly. Same with the attached winebar, friendly staff and decent wine.

First time staying at this hotel…overall the hotel isn’t bad, the room was clean, hotel was clean, and parking is adequate. The issue I had is that I checked in at 3pm on a Friday afternoon, after driving 6 hours. Once in my room my wife and I were trying to relax and freshen up before going to an appointment we had and get some dinner. I get a call from the front desk at around 4pm asking if the AC maintenance man can come to the room and work on the AC. I told them what was the issue with the AC because it actually felt nice in the room…not hot or too cold, air was blowing from the system, I couldn’t get a straight answer so I refused because we had just got to the room and was not in the mood to have someone in our space. They seemed like they had a bit of an attitude because I declined, saying that I was the last room they needed to get in. I was like what happened to all day long prior to 3pm or why would you put me in the room that needed to be worked on. Was there no other rooms available? We go to dinner and get back to the room around 8pm and it is now warmer in our room and a little more stuffy…we said ok we will just deal with it because we declined. I called to get late checkout because as I diamond member I am entitled to that, they said the latest they can do is 12pm due to being sold out, ok, understand that. At 11am next morning I get a knock on the door with the do not disturb on the door, house keeping was asking am I checking out, I said I had late check out to 12pm and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Sorry they didn’t tell you!!! At that same time guess what, the AC kicked on and started blowing cool air. So, now I am thinking wow they turned off the AC in our room being vindictive because we refused the maintenance man. That’s the type of service I WON’T tolerate and I won’t be back. I will be in touch with corporate!!
