Visited in December 2024. Really appreciated the convenient location and the excellent service. The in-room water filtration machine was very nice, offering a range of temperatures on demand. The room was serviced daily and kept very clean. The staff also provided a heater because the air conditioning was not able to heat the room. The room was comfortable with adequate size and a nice view of the racecourse. Only slight negatives were that one of the 3 elevators was frequently out of service, making the wait times longer, and the card reader in the elevator is a little fussy. Also, the breakfast had somewhat limited selections, and it seems like there is a nice speaker below the TV, but I could not make use of it.
Fire Alarm at wee hours and missing item!

First time trying this hotel but turns out to be less than pleasant. 2nd night had a fright when there was a fire alarm around 2ish am that kept ringing for a good min or so. Disturbing my whole family sleep, my 4 yr old was startled. After alarm was stopped, there was commotion along the corridor as well. Thank god the rest of the nights nothing happened.
Forgot to pack my fast charger and wire, sent an email to hotel email but so far no response. Not sure if they saw it and conveniently ignored. Anyways already returned home, i guess i treat it as lost item.

When we do check out we must check an invoice carefully coz my experience of this time stayed in hotel. I found that hotel has charged unknown expenses to my billl approximately 2,000+ HKD in total four days stay in hotel. I checked this out with staff and he also don’t know and simply remove transactions out of bill.
What if I didn’t check carefully??
18,000HKD for 4 nights aren’t cheap price for paid. A must carefully check in this regard to customers.

Nous avions réservé une suite du 16 au 19 décembre
Il faisait 19 degrés dans la suite et malgré l’intervention d’un technicien impossible de mettre du chauffage avec la climatisation
Ion nous a apporté un chauffage électrique d’appoint seulement pour la chambre pas pour le salon donc impossible de l’utiliser !Des poils noirs étaient dans la baignoire !!En plus les rideaux électriques du salon s’ouvraient et se fermaient d’une façon intempestive donc de dormir correctement
Sans parler de la corbeille de fruits avec deux pommes et une orange sans couverts pour éventuellement les manger et la nourriture proposée dans le salon club tout bonnement indigne d’un tel établissement avec un supplément pour des frites !!
À fuir la prochaine fois à HK

Nous avions commandé une suite au 26 étage service club
Qu’elle ne fut pas notre déception quand nous avons constaté que la climatisation ne faisait que du froid malgré l’intervention d’un technicien
Il faisait à peine 20 degrés dans la suite
On nous a amené un seul chauffage électrique et donc nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le salon glacial en soirée
La corbeille de fruits avec une orange et deux pommes !!
Les rideaux électriques du salon s’ouvraient et fermaient d’une façon aléatoire jour et nuit nous empêchant de bien dormir
Des pils noirs dans la baignoire alors que nous sommes tous les deux blonds !!
La restauration du salon club était pitoyable
Un mini hot-dog sans moutarde
Des ronds d’onions frits maléfiques et enfin des frites en supplément !!
Enfin refus de créditer mon compte de 500 points obligeant à conserver le coupon boisson !!
Pas un mot d’excuse en partant ni de geste commercial !
Donc à fuir

The location is great, right in the center of HK island. Breakfast is quite attractive, a lot of choice in a well decorative dining hall.

酒店离铜锣湾时代广场步行五分钟左右距离，购物餐饮非常方便，酒店床品非常舒适，如果每个房间配两瓶水就更完美了

This old hotel needs radical work. It does not deserve the 4 star rating. The hall way and the room were cold. We had to call repeated because they had no thermostat, no temperature control. The vent, constantly blowing cold air, had to be manually shut by the staff; we had no control. As a result, we slept poorly the first few nights, before they brought two portable heaters.
I've never stayed at a hotel, any hotel, much less a 4 star hotel, that has no thermostat in the room.
And then there is a subtle but very noticeable fecal odor at the toilet and the sink, which could not be eradicated by the staff.
They must have a central, hotel-wide piping problem. The constant blowing of cold air is a band-aid treatment to mask this odor.
It's not worth its 4 star price.

Very good location for shops, restaurants and public transport.
Good size room with comfortable bed.
Excellent buffet breakfast.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Causeway Bay in Hong Kong from 11/10/2024-11/13/2024. I would absolutely stay there again! I booked three different rooms for my family and the front desk staff worked hard to ensure all of our rooms were close together. We really appreciated that! Also, we arrived really early in the morning and the concierge staff were so helpful with our big luggage cases, they were really friendly. The cleaning team was also so friendly. The whole team was just so welcoming. There is a really nice rooftop restaurant/bar that have amazing views and a great atmosphere. The rooms were nice and quiet and we were able to relax comfortably after a long day of sightseeing.
