Great mattresses, well-planned room layout, all in functioning condition, kind staff, great shower pressure, and, at last, a motel without TV problems. Parking was also quite handy.

I think this is among the better Holiday Inns. I repeat this a lot on my trip into New York City, and each time I stop, I know I'll be treated like a king or queen. Every employee I've dealt with has been really cheerful and energetic, and they all went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. This location is fantastic! The cuisine at their restaurant is very good.

I felt secure and cared for from the time I came until I left. The mattresses were really comfy, and the rooms were large. There were several electronic retailers. The area with the pool and hot tub was kept up and organised. The brunch was well served and of high quality.

The fact that Mitt Patel replied to my review and lied about what actually happened, is sickening. The only reason for the extension of the reservation was to support the ran down hotel. Which now I see was a horrible mistake. no, neither i nor my guest ate the breakfast the entire stay due to the bread having mold on it. The fact that he watches guest and who’s occupying the rooms is a bit much. Thing is, I worked for Mitt and witnessed a lot of things he had Joy (his kisser) to do until she got fed up and quit as well. His entire family live at the hotel, he use to but bought a home a few years back. They will only hire people that will kiss tail and that isn’t black., Mr. Stanley, a previous worker also told me all about him as well. I really wish IHG would investigate him and not allow him to be a part of the program.
It was ok but I stayed 3 days so it wasn’t really worth it.

The breakfast that Mitt Patel tried forcing on people had mold on the bread.. more guest complained about the food services as well.. horrible..

The owner of this hotel, Mitt Patel, is very racist. Mitt will change your rates and add additional fees to your credit card. The hotel is filthy just like the owner. The hotel has bed bugs and is in very bad condition. Mitt has trained his family and workers to be just like him and I’m sure, they’re terrified of him. Mitt has a reputation of doing a lot of bad things to guest. I once worked for him and I quit. He hides from people and refuse to communicate not to mention, I’m An employee and he questioned my work status, asked for my name, my bosses name and where I work. I may just file a report on him as well, after this review he may try to attack me.
Mold in bathroom

We had been on the road for 12 hours. We unpacked and went to bed. In the morning we realized there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. We brought it to the attention of the front desk person and she stated the manager would get back to me. I never heard back from the manager. Why rent out a room with an obvious problem.

It was easy to check in, and the staff was welcoming, saying hello when we entered the lobby and good-bye when we left. Every day that we were there, the towels and linens were clean. We were on a very quiet floor. The AC worked pretty well & it was good that the restroom contained full size shampoo/ conditioner that I used and enjoyed!!

I booked a room with a city view, so we had the ideal view. This was our first time staying at the Holiday Inn hotel for one night, and I was blown away by how clean and lovely the room was. The staff is also very friendly and approachable, and my family and I had a great time! I would definitely recommend it!

The hotel was in a wonderful location, the room was extremely comfortable, the customer service was outstanding, and we had a great time. I will certainly be returning with my family, and I suggest this hotel to anybody seeking for a great deal.

We had a larger party and there was enough of space, so I called ahead to make sure they would retain the reservation because I would be arriving pretty late, and they did. Some of the locations we went were within walking distance of the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean.
