The hotel is in an excellent location. The services of other businesses close by were excellent. Location close to UAMS services, the Arkansas Baptist State Convention, car dealerships and other services.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location and I recommend it to everyone I know going to the area. It is ALWAYS clean & comfy. The beds are always clean, pillows & beds are very comfortable & the bathroom is always spotless with the best towels ever.

Stayed one night with our dog. Was recognized as silver elite member at checkin and checkout. Guest room was clean and comfortable. Nice bed.

Quoted low price to get us to stay then multiple extra charges on check out. I know this is normal but when you have items such as "service charge" that the staff cannot explain will make us stay elsewere

I have been a loyal IHG Hotel customer for the past 20 years because they are clean and comfortable and the staff is always so nice. That was until now. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I had requested early check in and added my daughter to the reservation per the digital concierge in the IHG app. Apparently the hotel did not receive the information. Instead of being apologetic the lady was very condescending and blamed the mistake on me saying I should have call the hotel directly. So what's the point of the app?

We booked this Hotel because it had an indoor pool for the kids! It was also close to Downtown where we attended a Dance Competition. There were several food places around so everything was convenient.

Everything thing was wonderful, from check in to check out! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, room was very spacious and comfortable, had all of the amenities. Bed was comfortable and had two pillows to choose from, soft or a more firm one. It was very quiet, no street noise. Breakfast and coffee were very good.
Check out time was 12:00, which made for a very relaxing morning without having to rush out! Will stay here again, and would highly recommend!

Upon checking in, staff were friendly and helpful. Once we got up to our room we were pleasantly impressed by how clean and comfortable the room was. Absolutely the best place we stayed at during our vacation.

As a single female. I am leary about staying in hotels. I felt very Safe here. Parking lot was very well lit and as soon as you walk in the check in staff recognizes you. The room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again
