Hotel is beautifully restored in the old 1930s Speke Airport buildings. Well located. Comfortable and quiet. Ample parking. Friendly and attentive staff.

With amazing links the the city centre but also good entertainment around the hotel at amazing price….

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a stay in this location. Nice rooms and friendly helpful staff. Clean, good value for money.

I was made to feel welcome and valued as soon as I arrived. All staff were helpful and approachable and the breakfasts are excellent with a wide range of choice.

Staff very helpful. Great location for our stay. Comfortable room with two double beds for two adults and two children. Value for money was great as most other hotels required you to book two seperate rooms or had a sofa pull out bed. Breakfast was fab, lots of choice. Affordable onsite parking. I would definitely stay here again if travelling to Liverpool.
Warning they charge you in USD so your bank charges fees

This is a lovely hotel, we had our wedding reception here in the past. There is nothing to fault the Staff, the service is perfect
Then it's all ruined by charging you in USD This adds additional fees as you get charged by your bank
We will never return while this charging policy is in place
Wonderful staff and terrible club lounge

All the staff were great, full of smiles and very helpful. However, the club lounge is a few makeshift tables and sofas behind the reception desk, which everyone has to pass by to get to the elevator and the restaurant, no privacy, eating in the club lounge is like being watched by animals in a zoo, and the food in the club lounge is very limited and never replenished, which is a very bad experience. But other than that, it was great!

Excellent hotel with an art deco feel, room was really good and nice and quiet and the food was excellent with pleasant friendly -helpful staff.

Crown Plaza is a beautiful hotel with very kind and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and there are information on how to be environment friendly. Also, there is a direct bus to the town and a walking distance to a shopping centre with a cinema and restaurant.

I have stayed here many times in the past , hotel needs a huge overall . bathrooms are so tired and rooms look dirty although they are not just old furniture , club lounge was out of service and no free breakfast offered , bathroom devoid of amenities , outs hotel looked very dirty , good location
breakfast super chaotic , no fhot food or bread waited a long time then to be told we have run out of bread , mushrooms and scrambled eggs , very weird breakfast , tables all dirty etc

Location of the hotel is good, close to the airport and with really good connection to city center. Rooms are fine bit dusty . We arrived to hotel around 11pm was gentleman on the reception he did quick check in, show us where to go to the room and that's it. He didn't say anything about hotel, he didn't mention that we have breakfast included and where is breakfast also what time. For me is a lack of communication , I expect more from reception person bit disappointed with that.
Breakfast was good & Breakfast team doing amazing job with caring about customers!
We stay 2 nights and after we check out early morning so on the reception was nights team very helpful with information about taxi, we asked for water so they give to us complimentary what was nice touch! But unfortunately they didn't ask how was our stay. So Front Office should work a bit about customers service.
