Good staff, poor updates to the rooms.

We stay here often because the location is a frequent route we travel. Over the years the property has aged and there have been updates. But the recent updates were very low rent. Loose plumbing fixtures and poor caulking around the tubs. Second rate job on those. Otherwise we always choose this property for the location but the value is degraded over time and the price is always higher here.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The staff are caring and the rooms are very nice. After a long drive we were welcomed with smiles and friendly service. The Morning staff were even better with polite courteous assistance and went above and beyond for guest.

Courtesy- Convenience- Clean
One of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. Definitely going to be a future stay for us.
Right off the highway on the way to our destination. Everything was very appealing and welcoming.

Needed a place to stay for the night on our return road trip from the midwest back to the east coast. This was a perfect pitstop. The rooms were very clean and quiet for a good night's rest before hitting the road. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Really nice place to stay great bar and grill in lone oak The Grumpy Duck fifty characters suck be cause I am done . I do not have anything more to say but I can say that 50 characters suck. I can almost drink a beer now

Staff was welcoming, room was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient access to highway. Would not hesitate to stay here aagain.

Been staying at Lonoke Arkansas location for the last 10 years. Booking my room has never been a problem and I'm very happy with the rates. Staff is like family to me. Thanks Patty and staff.

Dirtiest Holiday Inn

We primarily use Holiday Inn Express for travel. Never ever have I experienced such a nasty room. Upon arrival, the foyer/entry was not clean. Got up to the room and was greeted with a dirt and footprints in the entry. Then I pulled back the covers and there was hair. My small child sat down in the chair, and noticed a stain which appeared to be blood. On the floor we found trail mix that had not been cleaned up (thankfully I saw this since my child has a severe nut allergy). I can continue as to what we found in the room, but I think the point is across.

Fast forward to the morning and we go to get breakfast. The dining room was worse than McDonald's after a crowd. The chairs were falling apart. There was no toilet paper in the lobby bathroom.

On my way out the clerk asked how my stay was. When I told her the room was dirty, she looked to be in disbelief. I did ask why she was looking at me like that. I was thinking, you work there you should know how dirty this place is, right?

I would never ever stay here again. This is not a typical Holiday Inn Express experience, so of course I was very disappointed.

The was the most comfortable I have had in my many travels. I was able to rest without my joints hurting. The blackout blinds opened and closed easily and the noise level was controlled.
There was a close by restuarant and a few choices so we didn't have to be inconvenienced.
The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. We definitely would stay again.
