Stayed on the 4th of July for one night with my two daughters. They enjoyed the water slide. The rooms and common areas are showing some wear and tear. Looks like it hasn't seen a remodel since it was built. The toilet was permanently stained and the sheetrock was cracking, sagging in some areas. Room was clean and the A.C. worked well.I was on the second floor and I think maybe there was a party going on above me. It must have broke up at about 2am but got started again about 8am. I realized it was the 4th and made no complaint and got a solid 6 hours of sleep. The kids slept through it all without complaint, sux getting old I suppose. The bed was pretty decent. Spending over $300 on a hotel seems to be excessive, I was way away from downtown Denver so it isn't like when I stay in downtown San Francisco or Seattle where this price would be comparable. So in summary: Property is dated and expensive. Is convenient to Starbucks, fast food, gas stations and the Centara shopping complex. The girls liked the water slide. The breakfast was good and had some decent choices, The staff were excellent. Easy freeway access. I have stayed at a few other differing franchise properties in this area over the years, This one is pretty good, needs remodeled to catch up to others and the prices need some adjustment downward. All in all I recommend it if you can't find a nicer place for equivalent money.

Staff was comatose to any request made. Asked for towels, pillows, and turn down service multiple times just to be ignored. Tried to pay for my room only for the hotel to take the payment, return partial, call about non payment. Make another full payment, they returned partial, called again about non payment. Get it together...but at least the pool was great!

Maybe a better option out there

The food was old and disgusting, I had eggs and sausage. YUCK! There were multiple bugs ( not bed bugs ) in our room. And, we got sick after being in the pool.

The location was perfect, right off the highway and close to restaurants. The staff was nice and the breakfast was excellent. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely stay there. I could hear some of the traffic from the highway but it was okay for me to sleep well.

The front desk staff is excellent here and the kids enjoyed the pool. I would recommend staying here for families

This was really great hotel. Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful! Beds were comfortable and clean. Loved that they use Dove products for the shower :) Only complaint was housekeeping was a rude.

Staff were great.
We booked two rooms for a wedding but the Elevator was out so my elderly parents had to move hotels.
We were there 6 nights, 4 of which did not have a functional elevator.
Disappointing response time and no offer of cost reduction.

Bardzo miły i troskliwy personel. Basen i wanna z hydromasażem były niesamowite. A opcje śniadania i jakość jedzenia były wyjątkowe. Poziom hałasu z zewnątrz był trochę głośny, ale drugiej nocy naszego pobyt było łatwiej sobie z tym poradzić.
