The stay at Crowne Plaza Bahrain was very good and comfortable. The room amenities were excellent, and the Club Lounge provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
The breakfast spread was delightful with a variety of options, and the quality of the food was impressive. A special thank you for accommodating a late checkout until 3 pm, which allowed us to unwind and enjoy our stay a little longer.
However, as a Diamond Elite member, a room upgrade to a suite was eligible, which was not provided during this stay. I hope this privilege will be honored for future visits.
Overall, a pleasant stay and look forward to returning soon.

The best Crowne Plaza ever stay!!! The staff are all in one team! The room are super clear which the most surprising me!!! Food are nice. Clubs are there!!! I do believe this is the best Crowne Plaza in the wholewhile. If you are a IHG member, you will need to come for sure, as they got the lunch and dinner for the club member!!

I have stayed at this property many times over the last few months. While some parts of the property may feel a bit dated, the exceptional staff more than make up for it with their friendly and personal touch. A special thanks to Santhosh and Bella at the front desk for their warm hospitality, and to Biju at the gym for his excellent fitness tips.
Having stayed at many other hotels in Bahrain, I can confidently say that the warm and welcoming atmosphere here, combined with the wonderful people, make Crown my first choice every time.

The over all atmosphere of the hotel is acceptable. Staff are helpful and friendly to serve you. One big negativity in this hotel that gave no lefts to rooms.

My stay was disappointing; the suite wasn’t ready on time they promised me to be ready at 1 pm but I got it 4.30 pm.no fruit when enter my suite I asked them to bring it.I would like to thank Laxmi from the front office she was great.
