The staff at this hotel are wonderful however it lacks on cleanliness. My son dropped a toy behind the headboard and I was appalled at what was behind it. Used feminine hygiene products and an abundance of trash and what appeared to be food.

We stayed here during the Western & Southern Open tennis tournament and enjoyed the stay. The staff were very friendly, the room was quiet and clean, and the breakfast selection was pretty good. There is a Graeters in the parking lot as well which has great coffee, pastries, and ice cream.

Great place to stay! Loved it!! Helpful staff and comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Overall good vacation experience. We needed to extend our stay by one day and the staff was accommodating. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness and standards were good. Any requests we made were addressed in timely manner.

Cold water shower two days, lacking resonable furniture for two people for two days. Old chair and a desk chair for instance. Bed was comfortable but hard to get into because of the height, could have used a step stool.
Didn’t feel like IHG standards overall.

Great location for Western and Southern Open. Overall Clean hotel. All the staff (front desk and breakfast) is great. Breakfast had good enough variety.
The 2 places that lost 5* are:
1. Room had some recent tile work done, and when we walked into the room at 4p, 1 tile was on the floor, and there was dirt from tile work in the bathroom. Brought it to front desk attention right away as we headed out for Tennis at 5p, and the gentleman said he'll get it rectified, but nothing was done. Had to go I front desk again next morning and then they took care of it.
2. The bed wasn't the most comfortable ad it had sunken in the middle. I couldn't sleep very well all 3 nights
3. Fitness center is in dire needs of update
4. Small pool area with no hot tub

The hotel is clean and quiet. The beds are a little hard and small for my taste but still a great stay. Wish there was more breakfast options.

Good location for our visits to nearby Kings Island. This is our regular hotel. Plenty of restaurants and business in the area

Our room was spacious but the bathroom had mold. Pillows were not comfy but the bed was great.

Stayed for baseball tournament -
Assistant manager, Manda was amazing!! Went above and beyond for us!
We would stay again! Close to everything! Great suites and breakfast! Outstanding coffee! Very clean! Dove bath and hair products in dispenser in the shower was a nice amenity!
