Property was easy to locate. Staff was extremely generous. Lots of options on the breakfast bar. Very pleased with my stay during this business trip, and I will be staying at this location again during future business trips to the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff from check-in to check-out. Room and facility were clean and very comfortable.
Nice variety of restaurants close by. Will stay here again when in the area. Comfortable, private-like location..

I have stayed at several IHG resorts this past year,this is my favorite. I am glad the breakfast mornings are back,covid stopped a lot of this business. I prefer that this establishment doesn’t need any changes all is on point with great satisfaction

all was fine during this business trip, I was a day sleeper, and they honored that well. Friendly desk folks, room was clean and comfortable

I emailed the manager about a larger room she held it for me gave me a quote and booked it right away the room was amazing the hotel was clean and the lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful after a 13 hour drive it was so nice to walk into friendly faces and a clean hotel

I have been coming to this property over ten years, they've remodeled in 2024 and seemingly have a hard time keeping up with things breaking
On my visit here's what I encountered, room 242:
- ice machine on floor #2 broken, you can trepse up to floor 3 or 1 to get it
- elevatator broken - maybe that day?-
- toilet that stays running until you take the top off to stop it from doing that
- closet door (mirror) was missing
- table lamp on the desk was missing as well.
- the hall door that closes is LOUD as well as all the room doors, it's a constant clanging of doors.
This hotel is frequented by linesmen etc, and this time they congregated outside at the gazebo and were not particularly quiet...
All in all not dealbreakers, but hate to see a bunch of small things turn into a sour stay.
Since I have an EV, a 240V charging point would be nice as well.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn last minute after being evacuated from my cabin in the Ozarks due to unexpected snow and ice. The location is convenient, very clean, up to date, has pretty rooms, and the entire staff is top notch. Upon departure, I forgot some VERY important books in the bed. All of the clerks were helpful. Jen in particular is AWESOME. She went above and beyond to not only make sure that I was able to get the things that I left behind, but that I had peace of mind. Jen took the time to make sure that everything was secured perfectly for me to recover. She later checked on me to make sure that I was pleased and content. Jen was empathetic and totally professional, and that counts when you are in a crisis. I honestly cannot thank her enough. WOW!!! Honestly, more people need to be like this in general. She is truly professional and an asset to this location! I do not know her. I live 9 hours away. She exceeded expectation, and I am blown away and VERY thankful. BLESS HER!!!! This was a last minute reservation. I travel a good bit and I definitely recommend this location. There is also a drive through coffee shop when you exit too, which is another bonus.

Christy checked us in help us all get situated and anything we're missing she helped us with she's very professional courteous friendly and an asset to your company more employees should take note of her customer service skills and ability to relate to people and just be down to earth and receptive and friendly

The front desk employee has the IQ of mayonnaise and is super rude and accommodating. She is lazy and doesn't care about her job or customers staying at this location. Such a shame that the quality of customer service at this location has ruined the experience of staying here.

Hotel był czysty i wygodny. Personel przyjazny i gościnny dla naszych dwóch dużych psów, które nigdy wcześniej nie podróżowały. Kiedy przybyliśmy na miejsce, wyruszaliśmy już w przełaj i jechaliśmy już drugi 12 (0)-godzinny dzień pracy, więc od razu poczuliśmy się komfortowo. Pokoje były bardzo ciche, co pomogło szczeniętom zadomowić się bez wielu dziwnych odgłosów.

Komfortowy miejsce na pobyt. Bardzo czyste pokoje, a kierownik był bardzo miły i pomagał nam. Tammy jest niesamowita!
