I needed a room last minute and late at night and I called ahead to make sure they had rooms and that I could check in late and they were more than accommodating. From the friendly staff when I walked in the door for a late check in, my stay was awesome and was til I checked out. I stayed 2 extra days because I enjoyed the quiet,clean and very nice room . I will be back if needed again and recommend to everyone . I should have signed up for the rewards they offer .

Hotel staff are very nice individuals. This review is solely based on the hotel itself.
the hotel always smells very musky and dank. there’s cigarette scents on all of the floors. the elevator takes all of 3-5 mins for it to come to your floor. there were geckos in the hall, hair on my bed under the sheets upon arrival, the room always smells very bad the hall ways smell like a sewage system got loose. There has to be something to fix regarding the smell, it’s horrible and uncomfortable. I only stayed because i had a work trip, next time i’ll be staying elsewhere.

The location was great, lots of parking, it was safe at night, comfy bed, the A/C was working good, the price was good, the stuff offered like snacks gym and lobby area were good too. the checkout was super fast, 2nd time here and i'm liking it

I have stayed at this location at least two times now. It is in a good location close to shopping. The best pizza restaurant in Brevard County that I know of is close by! There are plenty of other restaurants and fast food nearby. There are plenty of restaurants just minutes away right on the water with beautiful scenery. The beaches are not too far away either! The staff are friendly and accommodating! The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Thank you, Candlewood Suits of Melbourne/Viera!

I stay here frequently for business travel. Nice hotel. Friendly staff and great service. Rooms are neat and clean. Close to Pineda Expy and Wickham Rd. Overall a great value.
