Wonderful anniversary trip.

After lots of internet searching we finally settled on IHG Hotel Indigo and we are so glad that we did.
The entire experience from check-in to leaving was excellent. Staff were exceptional, polite, professional and built an excellent rapport with us. Our very special trip was made even more memorable by the simple fact the staff were warm, lovely and so approachable.
The usual IHG treats of sweets/nibbles/ refreshments in the lobby were welcomed.
Sometimes, hotel rooms can be so big they lose the point of being a bedroom-to be welcoming, cosy and relaxing. The bed was divine- very comfortable and we slept really well.
This room was perfectly proportioned with quirky touches of hat lamps, traditional telephone partnered with a delightful whisper of Milano grandeur with a luxurious canopy above the bed, flowing to a gorgeous rug under, and a large, beautifully dressed window leading to the roof terrace. Even in December the large roof terrace was a lovely little haven in a very busy city.
The public outside area with giraffe chandelier was gorgeous- we sat outside under a heater and drank our drinks- perfecto!
Breakfast-the choices of various meats, cheeses, pastries, breads, fruits, juices, cereals and hot breakfast items were plentiful and more than sufficient. The only criticism we had was the hot breakfast items were cold, we did not comment on the day as this really was insignificant in the grand scheme of things. There was so much more food to eat- we did not starve!
Our entire experience was exceptional.
Milan was beyond any expectation, we walked over 14 miles in 24hrs. This hotel is in a great location for accessibiligy and quiet! We will return.

The upgrade to the junior suite was so great! I was there for one night only on business and hard the perfect and relaxed stay. The staff is always super at the hotel. Really warm welcome at the front desk and great service at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.
Hotel is becoming populat where you see the rates rising in even not so high season weeks/months. That is a bit a shame. But overall great hotel with a great location.

Probably the best check in experience ever thanks to Olena.
Warm and smiling welcome, offering capucino while our luggage were taken to the room.
I travel a lot but this check in was clearly oustanding.
The hotel building is beautiful and the location within walking distance of the Duomo and métro line to Linate airport (less than 15 mns) is fantastic.
Our room was rather small but very comfy.
The soundproof of our hotel room overlooking the street was the only sore point. The street was quitte busy and sound proofing of the Windows not up to the standard of the hotel.
A great stay overall.
Perfect hotel stay in Milan.

Wonderful hotel. Location was perfect, rooms nicely designed with all amenities. Well designed. Special mention for the front desk staff - world class. We checked out and forgot our passports left in the room safe. With a quick message, they had my passports at front desk within minutes when I returned in a taxi ready for me to pick up. The lovely lady at front desk was so warm and welcoming throughout our stay, I wish to give her a special thank you!

Great location, I found that the noise from flushing toilets and sounds .In next door . It would be helpful if soundproofing measures could be improved

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel and am so grateful for the memorable birthday celebration you provided. From the start, I appreciated the flexibility of early check-in, which made my arrival smooth and comfortable. A special thank you for the lovely birthday gift waiting in my room—it was such a thoughtful touch! I was also pleasantly surprised by the evening turndown service, an unexpected treat for a 4-star hotel.
The entire staff was outstanding, and enjoying breakfast in such a beautifully designed interior added a unique and delightful start to each day. While the price for upgraded rooms is on the higher side, it felt well worth it considering the overall experience and attention to detail. This was truly my best experience with the Indigo brand, and you’ve ensured it won’t be my last. I felt surrounded by thoughtful hospitality in a beautifully designed space, making my birthday a truly exceptional occasion. Thank you!

The room was well appointed. Nice linens. Average for a Hotel Indigo. The room was smaller than expected. The hotel staff arranged a driver for us who was excellent. The overall experience was nice but not worth the price.

I arrived at the hotel and there was an issue with my booking, but the front office team was fantastic. A special shoutout to the Front office Manager who personally greeted me when he realized the problem and made sure everything was sorted out. The lady at the desk found me a room for the night and even offered complimentary breakfast. The hotel's design is stunning—I loved everything about it. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you, guys! I can't wait to come back!
