pobyt w hotelu był udany i byłem pod szczególnym wrażeniem wyjątkowej obsługi zapewnianej przez pana Nawaba Shaha. Jego profesjonalizm, dbałość o szczegóły i oryginalny gościnność miały znaczący wpływ na moje doświadczenie. Dołożył wszelkich starań, aby goście czuli się mile widziani i dobrze zaopiekowani. Jest to doskonała opcja dla pasażerów tranzytowych przylatujących do New Delhi z dalszymi lotami krajowymi lub międzynarodowymi następnego dnia. Najbardziej doceniam doskonałe powitanie i opiekę ze strony personelu hotelu, który przeprowadza przez niezbędne protokoły bezpieczeństwa oraz do momentu zameldowania w hotelu. Bardzo pomocni i profesjonalni uczestnicy zespołu, tacy jak pan Nawab Shah, sprawili, że wszystko poszło bardzo sprawnie.

Front desk staff was great. Room was good tidy. Very slow youtube No netflix/Apple TV. Shower was good but drainage was very bad, water actually spilled through shower to toilet. Tap in the sink was bad. My wc was yellow. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good staff there were great.

Thanks for another comfortable stay at the airport Holiday Inn. It really makes it a perfect stop while transiting through Delhi. The rooms are very comfortable and well mainatined. The staff are always ever so helpful, and go beyond to ensure great service. Of course, not to also mention the time saved when staying at the airport. It beats having to spend an extra hour to leave and return to catch a connecting flight. Highly recommend! Thank you to Mr Akshat and his team for making our stay another wonderful one!

Met Mr. Nawab Shah at the Holiday Inn counter in the terminal and he made the checkin process very easy and simple. He was very professional, courteous and made my stay very pleasant. He provided the best hospitality and very respectful.

This airport hotel is a great stay with location within the airport. After a long flight, comfortable hotel to rest and relax before cathing our next flight.
Especially Anand Chaudhary helped us a lot by taking care about our baggage and went on extra mile to help us for a comfotable room. I would rate his service 10/10.
Highly recommend this stay and will try this stay during my next trip.
Poor room and poor customer service

I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recent stay at your hotel, during which I booked two rooms for five people. Unfortunately, the experience was far below acceptable standards, especially given the premium rate of $500 per night.
One of the rooms had a non-functional shower, and the basin tap was installed so close to the wall that it caused water to spill everywhere, making it inconvenient and unsafe. Additionally, there was no hot water in the shower, which is a basic expectation for any hotel stay. I have taken photographs to document these issues and am happy to provide them upon request.
The service was equally disappointing. The hotel staff were unresponsive and unprofessional. When I approached the manager to raise these concerns, I found him asleep and entirely unempathetic. The supervisor was nowhere to be found and did not respond to our complaints. There was a complete lack of accountability from your team.
The location of breakfast was another major concern. One of my friends has a physical injury and had to walk more than 10 minutes from our room to the breakfast area, which was incredibly inconvenient and inconsiderate for guests with accessibility needs. The breakfast itself was subpar and did not match the quality or standards promised at the time of booking.
Given the poor room conditions, inadequate service, lack of basic amenities, and the overall distress caused during our stay, I strongly believe that a full refund is justified. This has been my worst hotel experience to date, and I am extremely disappointed.
Due to travel commitments, I was unable to submit this complaint sooner. However, I trust that your team will treat this matter seriously and address it promptly.

Was pleased with the way Ankita handled my request. I arrived at the hotel with no booking. Ankita managed to secure me a room, albeit I had to wait almost an hour and a half. She was pleasant to deal with- a no fuss clear communicatar.
Management should really look into not having fuming stations next to guest room doors. Also, find ways to charge guests less. Similar quality IHG places are definitely priced less in other parts of the world. Kitchen staff could learn a few tips from Ankita and be more welcoming. Finally, please work with Delhi Airport to straight up book rooms using a link through their website. Information about the hotel is scarce, unless you use the IHG app.
That telephone in the room was too complicated to use. Keep it simple please.

Great hotel! Ideal for resting and recharging between connecting flights specially when you are in a long international flight from USA. Great staffs, clean room, speedy internet and good food. Everything is good about this hotel
Perfect attention to detail with darkened rooms and hot shower, low noise from outside and accommodating staff. Very well done !!
