My wife and I were in Pocatello for a baby shower and visiting family for the day. We had no intentions of staying the night and planned on going home to Utah. We decided last minute to stay in town for the night. We chose this particular Holiday Inn, because my husband had recently spent 3 almost 4 weeks at the same hotel, because of work, and had a great experience.

Pocatello was chosen as the site for the annual Idaho State Society of the Sons of the American Revolution meeting. The hotel was easy to work with, arranged rooms and food and allowed us to use the main floor dining area for an evening event. The meeting room has a projector and screen that were easy to use. The staff were helpful, responsive and friendly. Overall this was a nice experience and the hotel was perfect for a group of our size.

This place is a great stay. The staff is awesome and the rooms are nice. The pool and hot tub where great as always. There were several large groups this time and so that affected breakfast a bit. The food, to keep up with demand, was more rushed. Usually an excellent breakfast place.

We came for a soccer tournament - so there were kids everywhere. And the hotel staff made each family welcome, accommodated our large group and was very serviceable.
We will definitely be returning here for any future events.
They had all the amenities we needed and even some we forgot about.

Enjoyed the hotel, the location and the cleanliness. Staff was attentive and we had no issues with our stay. One thing i added was the lack of a coffee in the room. On business trips I'm up early and like to go down for the first cup - but for vacation stay I like it in the room.

Found this hidden gem of a property. Quite, clean, great value! Staff was VERY responsive. They even told us about local restaurants and found us a 10% discount by showing our Holiday Inn room key.
Views on the from the Hotel located on the East ridge of Pocatello were tremendous! Breakfast was great. Everything was very efficient and quiet. You can't go wrong staying here.

The room was good could have used a detailed cleaning ... pool needed a professional touch, water was cloudy from too much chemical. Only one place to fill my water bottle

I generally enjoy staying at this IHG property; however, my recent experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, I noticed two large stains on the bathtub floor. The next morning, while taking a shower, I discovered that the tub would not drain properly, leaving me standing in water. Additionally, each morning, there was a noticeable sewer-like odor emanating from the tub's drain area. Unfortunately, housekeeping did not attend to my room for two consecutive days, which further compounded the issues."

We were greeted with a smile and our nice clean, comfortable room was awaiting us. After a good night's rest we enjoyed a nice breakfast in a very clean dining area. Check out was quick and easy. And let's not forget the price, very reasonable. We will return.
