The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were soft and fluffy. The thermostat was easy to navigate and worked perfectly. The room was very clean. I especially liked walking into a foyer area instead of directly into the bedroom. Breakfast was good. The location was also good. The Tanger outlets were across the street and Rehoboth downtown was not too far away. I felt safe, even in the parking lot.
My favorite thing about my stay was the fabulous staff. They were so helpful and kind. Lakeshia went out of her way to help me find my glasses! She is a gem! Katie and the gentleman at the desk were also very nice will. I w we’ll stay here again.

Great modern property in convenient location in Rehoboth Beach. Property is in great shape and has modern decor and amenities. Parking is easy, unlike most properties in Rehoboth's town center. Staff is professional and helpful; I arrived about an hour before the official check-in time but the desk clerk accommodated me very quickly and politely. Close to outlet and other shopping and dining. This property is highly recommended.

It set back off the main street so it's pretty quiet. Also, within walking distance to stores and food.

The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, informative, and furnishes superior customer service. The quality of the accommodations is superior to any hotel in the area..The hotel is well managed and supervised.

Usually I have good experiences when I stay. However this stay I went to eat and had leftovers and couldn’t refrigerate it because the refrigerator was broken so I ended up having to throw my food out. Also my toilet kept stopping up. I was told maintenance was not available and since I was only staying one night it couldn’t be fixed before I checked out

Solid IHG experience. Near shopping and amenities in Rehoboth but far enough away from crowds. Would book here again.

Stay was a birthday trip. Very pleased as always with my stay at this hotel. Most likely will use this hotel again as my go to when in Rehoboth Beach area. Standards of the hotel are up front and very much seen. Great trip!

This hotel is spotless and you can tell when you walk into your room that it was cleaned thoroughly. It looks clean and also smells clean. The halls are always clean too. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!
