when I walked in to the lobby of Ridgeland,MS. Holiday Inn Express on 7/11/25, I was happy to see Crystal one of the 2 front desk clerks. It was a family reunion checking in at the same time the line was at the door and Crystal was making everyone feel like they were at home. I didn't see her get upset with anyone even with the ones with attitudes. I watched her working like a Pro and us, everyone that came to her was greeted with a smile and when they left her counter they had a smile on their face too. She was giving directions, letting people know what's in the area, and answering all questions, no question was too small. Crystal is the Best front desk clerk I've seen. IHG did good when they hired Crystal. She could make a good trainer.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Florida. My family enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Our room was quiet and we got a good night's rest. The breakfast was good. We like to stay at IHG properties because we know what to expect.
Very nice place at a fair price.

Excellent very clean Hotel. Staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. Although the hotel is very close to the highway I could not hear any Highway noise inside. I would definitely say again if in the area.

Beautiful and well maintained facility. Large rooms with microwave and fridge not to mention comfortable mattress. Great breakfast with a great variety of choices. Staff was very nice and had a welcoming attitude.

This hotel is new and in excellent condition. Room and lobby area were clean and modern. Front desk staff was friendly. No complaints!

This holiday inn is nice and new and has been well maintained. The breakfast has many options and it was all very good. Check in was quick and easy and there was someone there at checkout as well. Much better service than I got at a dumpster fire of a La quinta in alabama.
Isaac is the best part of IHG!

I reserved the room about 30 minutes before check in. Isaac had our room ready, with a smile. He was the best part of our stay, and should be recognized for a job well done. We actually had two reservations, booking the second one with points. Isaac worked hard to get our two rooms together so our family could stay close. Thank you, Isaac!

I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return in the future. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe and was able to relax while in my room. I enjoyed the breakfast and appreciate the eco stay. (that I could ask staff not to clean my room each day)
