The staff was helpful, professional and courteous. Rooms were clean and well appointed.
The only hotel I will stay at in San Antonio.

I loved my stay here for a recent work trip. The breakfast is so much better than any of the other hotels I have stayed at. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I was able to sleep soundly. I couldn’t hear any noise from any of the rooms next to me, which is a big issue at other places. The staff were very friendly and always greeted me as I came and went each day. This will be my go to hotel next time I’m in town for work.

I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express and I highly recommend it. I just wish there was one closer to the Alamodome and the AT&T center since I enjoy going to concerts there. I also like the reward system they have.

This is the first time I have stayed at this property....
Everything was perfect and so clean....
It is so accessible to either downtown or to new braunfels...and when I am ready to leave back to rio grande valley I am so close to the expressway and a few exits away from 37....I don't have to wait 2 hours just to get out of san antonio!!
I will ALWAYS stay here when in SA!
Comfortable Beds, Bathroom lacking

We have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels, my husband and son thought this location had the best breakfast options. It is a good location with Walmart, Chick Fil A and other shopping very close. I felt safe in the area. The beds and air conditioning were comfortable. My only issue was the bathroom. It needed a deep cleaning. There were a few stains in the tub and the bottom of the toilet was dirty or stained. There is no vent in the bathroom so after the second shower of the morning, the sink counter was wet with all the accumulated moisture. Anything we had on the counter was wet too. The soap, conditioner and body wash seemed to be in the wrong bottles. The conditioner produced a lot of suds and left my hair feeling gross. The body wash did not make any suds. I guess those two were mixed up. Another small issue, there was a knock at the door at 11:10 am. When I opened the door there was an employee there and the only thing she said was Check Out. I let her know were leaving shortly. She didn't say anything and walked away. I thought we missed our check out but I looked at my reservation and it said check out was 12:00. So I am not sure what that was about. The back door to the pool did not have a knob from the outside.

We had a newly renovated room. Very nice. Excellent restaurant’s in area and easy drive to downtown. Front deck staff great. Housekeeping missed one day so-so other days. Breakfast average. Would rate Hotel Very Good Value.

Have stayed here for work travel a few times in the spring of 2025, about 6-7 weeks in total. I switched to this hotel after my usual San Antonio Holiday Inn’s cleanliness went downhill.
This hotel and my room have been very clean every time I’ve stayed, and the staff has been very friendly and helpful. Location is also nice with access to hwy 410. Coworkers and I will continue booking here for our trips.

Stayed 1 night for work. Very relaxing and clean, the staff and front desk (Mrs Trish) are absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel!! Oh and they have a soft water system, I will definitely visit again.

Always stay here when I come to SanAntonio for work. Hotel is quiet and relaxing. Everyone of the staff was very helpful. Breakfast is always a plus

A nice place to stay. Very quiet and clean.
Aracely went the extra mile. We came for a funeral in San Antonio. Aracely took the time to printout a message of hope and God's comfort in this time of loss. Thanks Aracely, u r amazing.

Good location but Noisy and need better quality in bath room shower and elevator sound . Wonot suggest this hotel for families

All in All I had a Great Stay! I was a little worried about the noise when I drove up to the property with all the construction going on but it was actually pretty quit. The elevators went down that night, so the next morning I woke up a little earlier then what I wanted to due to my room being next to the stair way & with the elevator Not working everyone was going up/down the stairs & the stairway door would slam so hard that the door to my room would raddle EVERY Time someone went in & out the stairway.
