Great choice for our two-night stay

We stayed for 2 nights in a king room on the 3rd floor, all the way at the end. The room was on the small side, but was fine for 2 nights. It was extremely quiet since we could have the fan on all night as white noise. The room was very clean and everything worked as intended. The shower was very gentle, so if you have long, thick hair, plan for extra time. The hotel provided body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower, plus bottles of hand soap and lotion on the wall by the sink. If you're short, perhaps bring your own hand soap and lotion because the dispenser was much higher than it should be to easily use. Breakfast was pretty good with an average variety. If you're vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free, you can find a few options. Coffee was a brew-on-request system and that provided fresh coffee at all times. We didn't have trouble finding a parking spot, but I can see that the lot may fill up at busy times. The location is convenient to stores and restaurants, and only about 15 minutes from downtown Santa Fe.

This hotel had nice amenities and super nice staff! We will stay here again when we are in the area! Recommend this for anyone looking for a great hotel in the area. The staff took care of all our needs and recommended restaurants in the area.

Highly recommend this facility. The Staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very informative. The facility was very clean. On line reservations thru the IHG site was easy and affordable. I plan on visiting this facility on my next travel to Santa Fe.

We were happy for the location and the hotel was great! The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was a pleasant stay in our travels. Eddie @ reception was super!

I enjoyed my visit here. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. My room was large and well lit with a confortable bed and bedding. The restroom is a bit small, but it was well lit. I mistakenly requested a first floor room which was very comfortable, but it was noisy. Next time I will staff on another floor.

Check-in was quick and easy with no issues regarding our reservation. The room itself was clean and met standard expectations — nothing fancy, but comfortable enough for our needs.
We had requested a late check-out and were unfortunately denied due to high occupancy from a softball tournament in the area. While we understand availability can be limited, it would be helpful if the hotel made it clearer upfront that late check-outs aren't guaranteed. The signage in the room suggests it's possible if you ask, but clearer communication would help manage expectations.
The pool and hot tub were a nice way to unwind before check-out. That said, the hot tub’s surface was noticeably rough and could use some resurfacing. Otherwise, the area was quiet and clean during our use.
Breakfast was tasty with a decent variety — the only downside being the biscuits, which were unfortunately rock-hard.
We had friends staying in another room (202) with a service animal, and their experience was less positive. They were repeatedly questioned and made to feel uncomfortable throughout their stay. Despite following proper protocol, including taking the dog out when leaving the premises, they were still approached multiple times — even while trying to enjoy the pool or breakfast. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere not only for them but for us as a group.
We’re traveling comedians and typically look for a calm, respectful environment to unwind before shows. While most of the stay met our basic needs, a little more understanding and hospitality, especially regarding service animals, would have gone a long way.

Called and notified them the roads are closed to Santa Fe could I change my reservation or cancel. They said 24 hour notice expired and hung up need to have better local ownership

A great place to stay at this price point. Have to drive to the plaza, but many food choices nearby. Manager was excellent in getting us into our room a little early and recommending food choices nearby. Would definitely stay here again.
Antero Gonzales is best hotel manager in Santa Fe!

I am a IHG member. I stayed at over 25 places in 2024. Antero is the kindest manager you could possibly work with. I was in Santa Fe taking my mom to the Cancer Treatment Center. Antero managed my emotions amazingly. He made sure their was a wheel chair for my mom. He coordinated a later check for moms health. It's because of IHG team members, Antero, when possible, I only stay at IHG properties.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom was configured odd where the door opened in and cut off available space and stepping out of shower the toilet is right there. But it’s just for a night or two—not a lifetime. But the staff!!! They went above and beyond normal duties to help us with a computer glitch and saved us from having to pay another night’s fee thanks, sir.

Room was a little tight but manageable. Room needed an additional chair. Had only the computer desk chair to sit in. Other person has to sit on the bed. When asking about a chair for the room was told that there was not one included for the room. Although there isn’t room for one of your chase lounge chairs, a regular chair would fit and be nice. The room was clean.
