Lovely hotel in a good location - we were given a really nice room and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Comfortable room but breakfast was poor.

Very disappointing stay because of the breakfast service. Comfortable, clean room but the breakfast was very poor and this is not usually the case at the Holiday Inn - frozen bread, piles of burnt toast, hardly any cooked items, no cakes, no cups and faulty coffee machine.

Recently stayed for one night. Our room was lovely and bright with big windows. Everything was lovely and clean. Bed comfy and really good shower. Staff lovely and helpful. Will stay again.

Friendly staff, unfortunately that’s the only nice thing to say.
Bed - uncomfortable.
Window - didn’t open. Could hear the street noise even from the 4th floor.
Air Con- wouldn’t stay on.
Weird smell in the room.
Lift broke in the morning.

The staff were lovely, room clean and bed very comfortable. There was only one lift working, so took ages! Dinner was expensive for what it was and there was a poor choice of food.

We had the best time ever staff are friendly and the beds are like sleeping on clouds so refreshed in the morning . All my aches and pains vanished and the shower is heaven. We're coming back.

I've been staying here for a few years now and have always enjoyed my stay here.
The staff are always very welcoming especially Donna, Angela and Tracey.
They go above and beyond and always ensure that the breakfast is topped up and guests are well looked after.

Stayed for 2 nights at the hotel last week. Room was clean and modern.
However, the air-conditioning in the room was not working. Raised it with night staff who provided a fan and said they will fix it from their end. Nothing happened.
Next morning approached the reception staff again who said everything is working fine from their end and was told they haven't got any other rooms available even though there was availability showing online.
Reached out to customer relations who said they all ask hotel manager to contact us which also never happened.
Left after 2 nights without AC and with just a fan during a heatwave.
First negative experience in a Holiday Inn. Would definitely not recommend this particular hotel.

A comfortable stay once again. The staff at check-in were polite and recognised my IHG Rewards status straight away. Everything was smooth and easy.

Overall good location… but staff where not warm welcoming to other nationalists ,which was sad.
