Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, świetny hotel, personel i poziom komfortu. Jednak na podłodze bez wykładziny przydałoby się dobre wycieranie. To było trochę lepkie, kiedy tam mieszkaliśmy. W przeciwnym razie żadne inne problemy.

The staff are welcoming and accommodating. It was too late, and they upgraded my room for free, explaining that as a Platinum member, I had the option to check out late.
Low budget hotel

I know Holiday Inn Express is a low budget chain, but this hotel had several issues - they were out of stock on bathroom tissues and napkins in the breakfast room. The door to our bathroom would not open all the way as it was not hung properly. The AC/Heat unit in the room was so loud we could not sleep through the night. I was glad we only were there 1 night.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The bed was comfy, bathroom was clean, shower was wonderful, Staff was amazing. Location was great. We will stay again.
A Clean and Modern Hotel

Manaement at the front desk

It is painful for me to write that the front desk experience was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The assistant manager handled our checkin. We arrived at 2:30 and knew that we would not get into our rooms. However, my disabled husband and I waited until 4:30 before we could get into our rooms. I understand that there are often circumstances beyond our control, but how one communicates with the public is important. The assistant manager gave us a room that was not ADA at approximately 3:45. I hauled everything down there only to discover that the room was not ADA. When I returned she argued that the room was ADA. After a few minutes studying her computer, she discovered the room was not ADA. Then she told me that we would have to wait. I asked if there would be any compensation for the inconvenience. She said NO. They were very full the night before. Check in is at 3 PM. We got into an ADA room at 4:30 pm. She never smiled, apologized or showed any compassion or regret for making us wait. The manager called her back after our conversation but nothing changed. I have no respect for this manager who observed via camera and audio the entire interaction but did not come out of his office. The housekeeping staff was overworked and short-handed. I was on the elevator with the as they were leaving at about 7:30 PM. They looked exhausted. The breakfast people apologized the first morning for not having milk. The second morning they did not have yogurt and other breakfast items. They were so kind and considerate and very embarrassed that they could not offer us better options. It is my understanding that management is responsible for getting the food orders, for managing the housekeeping, etc. Obviously, there are management issues at this facility. The housekeepers and breakfast staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and meet our needs. If only the management had shown a little compassion and understanding, I would not have minded a 2 hour wait for an ADA room. I have to say that at least 10 others checked into rooms while we waited for our ADA room.

Once a year I manage to find a poorly run hotel. They couldn’t find our reservation even when I showed the IHG app on my phone. The next morning they ran out and orange juice. The staff was at the front desk talking and eating. Later they ran out of eggs. Same problem’. Not very professional

We couldn't hear anyone from inside our room. Lighting was excellent, neat and clean. Didn't have to worry about soap, shampoo, or conditioner. They were hung on the wall. The only thing, and I am sure it was done after we left, under the sofa needed to be cleaned. We loved our stay.

First room was dirty and not made.. second room had an Oder like a pet or something but I was too tired to get another one. The room was initially $129 but later when I checked in it was $142. I ask for an adjustment but wouldn’t do it. Talked with morning people and they didn’t even apologize….
Great Location and enjoyable stay

Room is clean, staff are friendly. All amenities are clean and well-maintained, Plenty of free parking space. Breakfast has limited selections, but good enough for my family to enjoy. Could not ask for more for the location is great, right off the highway and only 1 exit away from the Rockfish gap station of Shenandoah National Park which we really enjoy.
