Hotel was clean. Accommodations were fine. However I was not greeted by the man at the front desk. He rudely asked if I needed something at check. Then handed me my key with no other regard.

Before Covid I stayed at this Hotel 2 to 3 times a week. A different feel than what it was 3 and a half years ago. Most of the old staff is gone, but it has potential to be great again. This new staff seems friendly, but will have to get to know them before I make a full comparison. They have one of the best breakfast bars of all the places I stay.

They have best customer service, the rooms are well kept and awesome. They have also gym center to do some exercise. It the best place to go for relaxation and business purposes.

Great location, great set up but furniture needs deep cleaning or updated

Greeted warmly by staff upon arrival, easy check in and acknowledged as IHG member. Location of property is wonderful- easy access to our events and activities.

Our only complaint was the furniture was soiled and well used. A deep clean or replacement would be a wonderful addition!!

Absolutely loved the breakfast, the food was good the staff was friendly and quick to respond. The room was quiet clean and comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel because it was the host for a large convention of Ford Model A cars. The hotel was able to accommodate us with meeting rooms and a venue large enough for an awards dinner. Staff was competent and contentious. The rooms were clean with maid service everyday. It was nice to have fresh towels and your bed made every day. The breakfast was one of the best that we have had. It included a number of hot and cold items and it was always replenished. The only problem was with the 2 elevators. When you have that many people using them, I guess they break. First one took 3 days to repair and then the other one broke which was still broken when we left. I'd say this is a great place to stay... not a lot of traffic, quiet and clean.

We Were Truly Amazed

This hotel did EVERYTHING well. Our room offered every amenity (except for a room safe) and was spotless, as was the lobby, the restaurant, the conference rooms, and even the stairwells.

It was hard to believe that a hotel restaurant offered fine-dining level food. The buffet breakfast was complete with something for every taste, and the lunch and dinner entrees enjoyed by our friends and us were outstanding!

What most impressed us, though, was the kind and accommodating staff. Clint at the desk, the very hard-working restaurant wait staff, and the bartenders at our organization's banquet were professional and dedicated to service. We were there for seven days, plenty of time to find something wrong. I can't think of a single thing to criticize.

Rebecca was pleasant, professional and courteous during my check in. She seems to enjoy her job.
Clint was very helpful answering some questions during my last night. He has aspirations to advance within the company.

The handicap bathroom was the nicest we have ever experienced.
