Friendly front desk, late night check in

We didn't arrive at the hotel until 430am but was surprised that our reservation was still valid. In the past other IHG hotels have cancelled on us or charged my card before checking in, so I was pleased with the front attendants handling of the reservation and will stay again because of this thanks!!!

This place needs a good cleaning or just bulldoze it. My room smelled, had no clean towels and dead bugs and dirty walls throughout. Sad to say as a member of IHG that this is acceptable. Do better!

I very much enjoyed my stay. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Kitchenette well appointed. Coffee is AWFUL, that's the only negative.

Definitely a disappointment. It was not up to their standards. Overall, the room left much to be desired. The toilet and tub were stained. The dishes and silverware were not clean when they had been put in the cupboards. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn't work until the last day, the stove didn't work properly. There were no pamphlets from the motel for things to see or do in the area or restaurant listings. No, I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel conveniently located off highway and near many stores. Clean and neat rooms with many amenities to utilize. Recommend for families visiting at West Virginia University.

People were very nice. Room was clean. had what we needed. Refrigerator was clean and spacious. Microwave was large and wonderful. Hotel was full so we couldn't get an early check-in. Loved the free dryers.

We were in town for a Dive Meet at the aquatic center at Mylan Park. hotel was very close, quiet, clean and met all our needs for the week. It was nice to have our own fridge and kitchen for an athlete.
