Booked two rooms for business travel. Had an excellent time and I was very pleased with the staff and grateful for an excellent dinner suggestion.

Great staff. Very helpful and appreciated. I was given points for welcome amenity bc the hotel wasn't allowed to do drink. So I didn't get to choose my amenity but I this case I would have chosen points anyways. Breakfast was ok not great.

We were greeted with a smile as we approached the counter. After asking our name,she acknowledged our IHG rewards membership and thank us for using the early check in service. They also took the time to informed us of another major event in town. They told us breakfast would open earlier than advertised if we decide to go to that show. Our room was clean including the bathroom. All items where neatly placed and gave me a feeling of welcome, we are glad you are here.

The rooms are very large Dash have a huge desk and large loveseat – and the value is extremely good. I stayed for 10 days, attending a horse show nearby and received Amazon packages, had a couple of changes in the reservation, and was impressed with was easy the staff made it all!
Stay somewhere else for the price

The cleanliness and staff were the worst part about this place. Our room smelled like it was musty and we found cockroaches in the lobby bathroom

When you say this is the final question, stop asking for more responses. Four or five questions should be enough. If there is a complaint, let them write it out.

The room was clean, bathroom was relatively clean but they could work on consistency, some parts of bathroom looked dingy/worn/not sanitized.

The staff was very friendly and polite. Our room was very nice and clean. The food was very good. Nice and hot. Good selection of drinks for breakfast as in OJ, chocolate milk, regular milk, coffee, hot chocolate and water.

Close to restaurants and shopping.
Town itself has declined.

Traveling thru with children. We loved the variety in the breakfast and the pool. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. You're not going to get a gorgeous view out the window of your room but thats simply the location not being very scenic. We wished there was a hot tub and that the elevator was a bit quicker, but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!
