第一次入住中山逸衡酒店後，我知道以後一定會再入院！
由前台有禮貌的負工開始，入到房內感覺舒適及清潔！
第二天到餐廳早餐，除了食品種類及味道給我驚喜外，員工(廚房及侍應)服務態度主動及勤快，第三天因身體有些不適，我先生幫我從餐廳外帶些包點給我，當職員知道後，非常主動地幫忙，還給我沖了杯咖啡！
多謝你們員工的體貼！

I had a wonderful experience at Zhongshan Even Hotel. The room was spotless and the design was modern yet cozy. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, always greeting guests with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the wellness-focused amenities, including the gym and relaxation areas. The breakfast spread was fresh and delicious, offering a variety of healthy options. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

This was our first tourist visit to Zhongshan, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience than staying at the Even Hotel. After traveling from the US to Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, and then Zhongshan with two large suitcases and heavy backpacks, we arrived at the hotel at 10:50 AM, feeling a bit travel-worn.
Kahin Wu at the front desk provided outstanding service by helping us check in early. Although the room type we booked wasn’t available yet, Kahin went above and beyond to upgrade us to a beautiful suite, recognizing my IHG membership status. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to rest and refresh before our afternoon sightseeing plans—a much-needed comfort after a long journey.
The hotel itself is modern, impeccably clean, and exudes a positive vibe. Its location is ideal, directly connected to two excellent shopping malls and surrounded by a variety of dining options.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay, offering a wide array of choices, including delicious Cantonese-style dim sum. The staff were equally exceptional—special thanks to Lisa at the breakfast bakery area. She not only provided warm and helpful service but also gave us useful advice on utilizing the hotel’s laundry facilities. The laundry room was clean and a lifesaver for a two-week trip!
Though we didn’t have a chance to use the swimming pool, the area looked stunning, and we’re already planning to try it during a summer visit.
Overall, Even Hotel Zhongshan exceeded our expectations in every way, thanks to its excellent staff, convenient location, and thoughtful amenities. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhongshan and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Faced these issues during our stay :
1. Breakfast availability was provided from 06:30 however breads and eggs weren't ready a little after 7:00
2. Wi-Fi was available but internet was basically not available.
3. Swimming pool wasn't heated during winter.
Hope you could improve the above in the future.

Hotel is the end station of long distance bus from Hong Kong to Zhongshan, hotel located at shopping area with many big brands shops and restaurants. Hotel room is clean and comfortable.

It’s a clean and pretty tidy hotel, however, the front desk support is really weak and is not able to provide a fast and easy check-in during the weekdays. This is my second time to choose this hotel but the same problem is repeating, in which, I have to wait for the front desk staff to check the booking, to check the available rooms, etc etc. It took more than 10 minutes for them to finish their checking process which is not acceptable at any time. Please make improvements on your check-in process.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and courteous, making my stay very comfortable. One of the standout features of the room was the magic mirror, which added a unique and innovative touch to the overall room ambiance. Additionally, the swimming pool was well-maintained and provided a lovely area to relax and unwind.
While the breakfast offered was of average quality, it did meet the basic expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the handmade lemon tea provided — a delightful treat that was refreshing, although the taste was decent but not exceptional.
Overall, my stay at EVEN Hotel Zhongshan was enjoyable, primarily due to the excellent service and the few unique features that enhanced my experience. I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort and innovation in their accommodations.
“Good Stay Marred by Unnecessary Disturbances, but Excellent Staff Support”

We stayed at EVEN Hotels Zhongshan City Center for two days during our business trip from Australia . The hotel was good, but repeated questioning by staff and an unnecessary police visit disturbed our stay. However, Ella, a supportive staff member, made our experience better with her exceptional service.

Location is good in town with adjoining shopping mall and supermarket; fitness center is good enough; food is outstanding from ADD and Bakery; service from restaurant and bakery is excellent but front office and guest relations need to be improved greatly.

I visited this hotel several times recently with my family members.
I wish to thank Hugo and Cass of Reception Office who help us to enjoy the best of this hotel. Credit also go to your staff called Wai who served in the restaurant.
Hugo help us to upgrade our rooms and arranged my family members' rooms closed to mine. He also advised us where to eat and where to visit. We enjoyed our trip during out stay.
My family members would like to swim but without swimming suits. Cass advised my daughter how to order swimming gears for my grandsons and delivered to hotel efficiently at an affordable cost. Many thanks to her advice,
During our visit and enjoy our breakfast in the restaurant, I observed ah Wai who always offered help to your patrons. He initiated to show us the special dishes that offered. I appreciated his initiative very much.
Last but not least, I appreciate the performance of staff that I met and the whole management team.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The staffs were attentive and friendly. Spacious hotel room. Contemporary design. Steps away from a newly built upscale shopping mall. I got all I wanted!
