Hotel needs updating, elevator lobbys, hallways walls need refreshing, hallways walls need cleaning. Water pooling in hallways. sliding glass doors not sealed road noise inside room, windows dirty, no room service for my entire stay.

I stayed with my Beau for my birthday weekend. We had an amazing time. The staff was pleasant, courteous and professional. Everyone was helpful and not in a robotic way. The room was very comfortable & I felt like I was In a studio apartment. Lol. I have no complains!

Great location to downtown. The location has two hotels in one. The dining options are very limited within the facility. The gym is very nice. Rooms could use updating, especially the bathrooms. Overall score would be 3.5/5

We came in for a concert and needed a place that was close to the venue. Staybridge/crown plaza was by far the cheapest for a family of 6! We had a good stay and would come back. The breakfast was very very good! One of the best!

Location was perfect. I was 30 minutes early for my 2pm early check in and was told that my room was ready but was not allowed to check in unless I paid 75 dollars. Initially was upstairs at the Crown and was treated very rude with no assistance to know that the staybridge check in was downstairs. I was only told that I did not have a reservation there. Our conversation was overheard by the person behind me and they told me that Staybridge was on the lower level. No effort was given by the employee to determine that I was in the wrong place.

Listen I loved the location and the hotel. Mr Kelly, Ellis, Tammy, Allayah Simone, Jada, Blair, the whole valet staff were all superb. The director Mrs Shantrell.... Really sealed the deal. I had questions and she had answers.... I really felt like it was a home away from home. I definitely recommend this location because it's in a perfect spot ..... Give them a try.... You won't be disappointed

A Mediocre Hotel That Is Quickly Becoming Less Than Mediocre

The location for this hotel is great! But the hotel itself feels like it is sliding into disrepair. The pool was green and murky. Some buttons did not work for the elevators. Some light bulbs in the room were burnt out. And industrial dryers were being used in the hallway the entire time that I was on my trip.
For what we needed. It was better than expected.

Was seeking a reasonable hotel for Dragon Con and we got more than expected. The kitchenette was amazing and saved us a few hundred since we didn't need to go to the Hub for our meals.

This hotel had a decent review, but upon arrival we did not find it clean or comfortable.
The linens were stained, though new ones were sent up, it didn’t have an overall clean feeling. The breakfast staff didn’t want to give us plates for breakfast, though breakfast still had 40 minutes left.

I had an amazing experience. The customer service from the front desk clerks to the breakfast service was great. The rooms were very beautiful and cozy. We had a nice view of the city, and the pool was lovely. I give this visit a 10/10 I would definitely recommend.
