Alle sind nett und hilfsbereit. Super Lage in der Innenstadt und gleich beim Zoo. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen in der Nähe.

Having visited Berlin on many occasions we have found an excellent hotel less than 5 minutes walk from the zoo garden train station.
The hotel accommodation is excellent and the staff very professional and friendly.
Definitely visiting and staying again next year.
I highly recommend this gem of hotel.

Die Zimmer sind nicht allzu gross, der ‚Designer‘-Sessel ist vom Sitzkomfort eine Katastrophe. Die Matratzen haben einen künstlichen Überzug und die Bettdecke ist etwas dick, so dass dass der Schlafkomfort etwas leidet. Das Frühstück dürfte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, vor allem bei längeren Aufenthalten. Das Personal ist extrem aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

I have stayed over many, many times and this is the best proof that this hotel is more than worth to stay!
The location is the best for a stay in the western part of Berlin.
The parking in close proximity is the best value for money.
And the hotel itself; modern, relaxed, great beds, perfect staff, clean.
No reason not to stay over. I’ll be back again soon!

Die Zimmer sind leider viel zu klein . Das Serviceangebot war gerade so in Ordnung.

Helpful staff and a comfy bed. But rooms are not cleaned daily and not towels/toiletries replaced. I had to ask for towels etc on a daily basis.
I was unwell during the stay and staff were very helpful and made sure I was ok.
Bright modern design however not in keeping with the homely feel of a normal hotel indigo.
Close to transport links and quick bus ride from the airport.
I would stay again but this wouldn’t be my first choice of hotel in the area.

Check-In und Zimmer waren ausgezeichnet. Der Frühstücksservice wurde an ein Hygienekonzept angepasst, dass einen guten Kompromiss aus Komfort und Sicherheit bietet.

wieder sehr zufrieden, schönes kleines und sehr zentral gelegen Hotel. Trotz Corona fühlte man sich wohl und sicher.
