It’s in a great area where we were walking distance from a variety of different bars and restaurants which is the whole reason we were there....great staff, attentive, polite, and over the top helpful. Will stay here next time i’m in town.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location. It’s a cute, sort of quirky hotel. I enjoyed the feel of the place, but the best thing is the staff. From the front desk workers to the valet, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Same experience I had last time. My only criticism would be the walls were a little thin and I heard a little too much from the room next door. I’ll be back next time I’m in Birmingham.

They only have valet parking, but not enough room to drop off your car. I could not adjust the HVAC in my room. I called the front desk about it and I was told they would adjust it from the desk. It never changed. The restaurant wait staff wasn’t to be found either morning I stayed. The valet had to come take my order and served me. The curtains in the room didn’t fully cover the windows so I couldn’t darken the room for sleeping. The pros are, the food I was served was delicious; breakfast and dinner. The fitness facilities are great. The downtown location is good.

We enjoyed being right in the Five Points area with good restaurants all around. The only challenge is getting to the valet space in front of the hotel. Don’t attempt during rush hour. However the valet is very helpful as were all the staff. We love Indigo’s commitment to the history of the building and area.

We had very good service from the valet who greeted us to the front clerk and bar tender. The suite was well appointed. The only thing missing was sugar and creamer at the coffee station, but the front desk remedied it cheerfully. We enjoyed the convenience of having good restaurants nearby. Weiuld definitely recommend this hotel.

Close to UAB at a lower rate than other properties.

The location is awesome! Everything you could possibly need is in arms reach. The staff was AMAZING!!! Very attentive! The room was super cute

Nice boutique feel for the hotel, though the bar was missing an intimate atmosphere and mixed drinks were not anything special. Hotel area was very noisy into the early morning.
