A very homely stay - but don’t expect to check in earlier than 3pm

The stay was fantastic, the room was absolutely spotless (fair due to the cleaners) I loved how the bedrooms had a little kitchen in them which we actually made use of one evening. Very hand indeed. The breakfast was really great with so many choices, I loved how customers could use the coffee machine or make themselves at home 24/7 - this doesn’t happen in a many hotels so for me this hotel was just top notch. I helped myself to a glass of milk each night (most hotels you’ve to ask so this was a bonus) so for me 10/10. Plenty of channels on the tv to enjoy too not a smart tv but this didn’t bother me in the slightest. I didn’t like how check in was dead on 3pm. Surely the staff or hotel could be a little lenient on this, we were awake since 3am to board a 6am flight, we even took a bus around town for a while and stopped off at coffee shops to kill time. When we got to the hotel we where hoping to even check in at 2pm but staff said no. So for me this hotel failed on this part. I’ve travelled worldwide and I’ve never not had a hotel allow me to check in earlier if a room was available. Maybe it was just coincidental that all rooms appeared available exactly at 3pm. Overall pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. Extremely central too all hot spots In Birmingham

From check in,.to the room, amazing shower & great idea to socialise in the evening. The staff were all very attentive & helpful. We will definitely be coming back soon

The central location is perfect for shopping and getting around on foot. The B4 car park is about 6-7 minutes' walk and there is a substantial discount from the hotel (just remember to enter your reg number at checkout).
The room was spotless and spacious, and bed was very comfy. Complimentary breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and appreciated the soya milk and good quality croissants and pain au chocolates.
Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again!

Room spacious, clean & tidy. Staff friendly & helpful. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Enjoyed the social hour with free food & drink (including wine & beer!) Great location, 5 minutes walk from train station.

Spacious Studio room with well equipped kitchenette, lounge area, separate bedroom and bathroom. I had everything I needed and it was lovely and clean.

Had a great stay. Staff were helpful. Small range of food and drinks available from the Pantry so you can cook dinner in your room without having to go to a shop. Social evenings are a nice touch with free drinks and snacks (you don’t have to socialise! ;-) )

Good nights accommodation for a conference the next day. Comfortable accommodation, everything we needed was there. Excellent choice at breakfast, included in the price. Good city centre location, near to restaurants and our conference venue. Very helpful staff.

Central location to everything. Both main stations close by. 10/15 pleasant walk through shopping area from Birmingham New Street. Ask someone where Link Road is to save walking round the houses to get to hotel. Breakfast plentiful & tasty. Warm, clean room. Received an upgrade on room as an IHG member. Definitely recommend!

Great stay here. Everything we needed in the room for a comfy and enjoyable space. The kitchen was packed with so much stuff I wish I was staying longer so I could utilise them. Great location and service.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Amazing location and friendly staff.
Excellent Hotel Service. I would recommend providing additional slippers for guests but it is not strictly recommended.
