Le séjour a tout simplement était parfait.
L'emplacement est idéal car central pour visiter rapidement et facilement Bordeaux.
Le personnel sait se rendre amical, que ce soit au niveau de l'accueil et de la restauration (petit déjeuner, déjeuner et diner).
La qualité des prestations est enfin sublime, que ce soit au niveau du restaurant (le Bordeaux et Pressoir d'Argent) que des services (Spa, rooftop etc).
Nous reviendrons très certainement pour poursuivre la découverte de Bordeaux !

The rooms and common areas, including the breakfast area urgently need overhaul. The corridors are dark with stained carpet throughout. The draw is only in the brand name but the physical condition is absolutely not up to par.

- Very attentive staff, service at the highest level you could find only at very best hotels
- Unbeatable location
- Elegant historic hotel with all the modern facilities
- Solid brasserie with pleasant outdoor terrace (but not the level of gastronomic restaurant, and service can be slow).
- Superb Guerlain spa (counter-current swimming pool) : perfectly clean and well maintained, excellent staff)
- Great rooftop jaccuzi with panoramic view

Hotel absolutamente recomendable, no solamente por su ubicación en pleno corazón de Burdeos sino tambien por la amabilidad del personal que siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar. Hay que destacar a Shereen en recepción por su profesionalidad.

I spend 3 fantastic days in this luxury hotel where the old charming style evokes another epoque
The luxury room are very confortable and the Spa with its beautiful swimming pool is very nice
Located in front of Opera with its Christimas lights offers a very good accommodation and view

Un petit coup de neuf serait utile.
Le bruit généré par la ventilation dans les chambres et a l'extérieur la nuit est très gênant et devrait être sensiblement abaissé.
Ceux sont les seuls points a améliorer pour ce séjour très agréable.

This hotel is of the finest intercontinental there is. From start to finish my stay was yo notch and mémorable. I look forward to coming back for a much longer time. Congratulations to Management for putting together an able crew with utmost professional acumen.
