I cannot find my IHG® Rewards Club card. Can I get a new one?
Yes. Just sign into your account, go to  Member Materials page O link abrirá em uma nova janela do navegador. and print a new card. You can begin using it immediately.  Or, you can choose Request New Card if you wish to get a plastic card which will be sent to your address within 2-4 weeks.

Can I transfer points to my family and friends?
IHG® Rewards Club points can be transferred to another IHG® Rewards Club member in 1,000 point increments for $5 USD per 1,000 points. Will my points ever expire?
To reward our guests who choose to stay with us more often, we focus more program benefits toward members who earn and redeem on a regular basis. All points will expire after 12 months if there's no account activity. But it's easy to maintain your points balance. Just earn or redeem once a year through any of our IHG hotels or partners.

How do I become an IHG® Rewards Club Gold member?
IHG® Rewards Club Gold membership will be awarded to you if you have a minimum of 15 nights at qualifying rates; earn at least 20,000 Elite Qualifying points during a calendar year; or stay at 3 different IHG brands AND accrue 10 Qualifying Nights within a calendar year. Once you have earned Gold Elite membership status in any calendar year, you will maintain such status through the end of the following calendar year. How do I become a IHG® Rewards Club Platinum member?
IHG® Rewards Club Platinum membership will be awarded to you if you have a minimum of 50 nights at qualifying rates; earn at least 60,000 Elite Qualifying points during a calendar year; or stay at 4 different IHG brands AND accrue 40 Qualifying Nights within a calendar year. IHG® Rewards Club members residing in Asia, the Middle East and Africa are required to stay at 3 different IHG brands AND accrue 40 Qualifying Nights within a calendar year to reach Platinum Elite status. Once you have earned Platinum Elite membership status in any calendar year, you will maintain such status through the end of the following calendar year.
