On the way back home to Houston, stayed overnight in Denver at the Staybridge hotel by the airport. The best experience my family had. Paul, who checked us in was very accommodating and helpful. Everyone was equally helpful and accommodating. I am glad Staybridge is part of the IHG family. I will definitely be staying in other Staybridge hotels in the future. Thank you to the staff. Kudos.

No feel too comfortable the way Nick handle a situation i had. I checked out early (approx 7am) and on the way to return my car noticed it was closed for two more hours. With a child of 6 years old and 25 degree temperature outside, I decided to come back to the hotel. When I came back I spoke with Nick at the front desk and asked for me to go back to the room for just an hour. His respond was that he can't do anything for me since I was checked out already. I felt so uncomfortable even when he saw I was with a child in an uncomfortable situation.
Either way I went up the elevator and test the room key and it worked. But still the bad taste stood with me.

Arrived to this hotel for work and received the best rate and service for the time period I need. Room and amenities were excellent, will definitely stay again if ever back in Colorado.

I haven't ever stayed at a Staybridge Suites, but from now on, this is my hotel of choice next time I'm on the road. The spacious rooms, complimentary breakfast, inviting lobby, and the enthusiastic staff made my day smoother and more relaxed after a long flight. As a loyal IHG member, I have now fallen in love with another great hotel among the IHG family.

Overall a great hotel experience. Room was nice, and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was good. Parking out from was a little tight for my vehicle.
