Nice hotel in a desirable part of Denver

The lobby and general decor is very nice at this hotel. It's clean and modern without slapping you in the face. The desk hostess was very polite and profressional. The room was also very clean and modern, with attractive furniture and lighting. Our only dislike was the ceiling, which was bare concrete. I know they are going for the "modern industrial" look, but it ruined the otherwise sleek decor. All artwork is photographs from the 1800's of mining, mountains and every day scenes - pretty cool.
The bed was soft and linens luxurious. Except - one of the pillow cases had mascara on it from a previous guest. It was pretty obvious. How does housekeeping not see that? The bathroom was also modern with a cool sink and faucet. The shower arrangement was a bit odd with the door and control on the left, and the shower head on the right. It took a LONG time for the shower head to respond to inputs at the control, so we went back forth between too cold and too hot. The worst part of the shower was that the floor was extremely slippery, like treacherously so.
Value is good at $149 a night on a December Saturday, but another $45 for parking, and misc taxes brings you over $200. BTW - the parking garage is tight - don't bring your extended cab F250 long bed. Location is good if you want proximity to Union Station or Coors Field, both of which are within walking distance.
Overall, this is a very nice place to stay. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but it looked very nice as well, and was plenty busy Saturday night.

We totally enjoyed our stay! The staff was welcoming and friendly. They answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable, especially since we are both older and a bit handicapped. We would definitely come back and stay here again. The area feels safe and is near good restaurants and art museums. I would suggest one thing... do not bother registering for a room plus breakfast. The breakfast is very disappointing and not worth it. Everything else, however, is lovely. We will be back.
Overall, friendly staff and great location.

I fly to Denver to go to football games on a regular basis and use this property. Every time I stay the staff is exceptionally friendly and very helpful when I stay I would recommend this property to anyone that is flying into Denver and needs to be in the downtown area.

Hotel was clean, staff provided excellent customer service, food was good. Enjoyed the Christmas decorations! The meeting room was convenient and staff was responsive to all our needs. Food was good

Location can't be beat! Very friendly staff - especially Jacque at the front desk and Brianna at the breakfast cart. Breakfast cart offerings are very good. Bed was very comfortable. Only real bummer was the restaurant closing early at 7:00 one evening and the breakfast cart unavailable one morning. Overall a great experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Staff was all super helpful and informative upon arrival. The hotel also has great amenities. I definitely plan on staying here again when I'm in the area for work or play :)

It was a great stay, perfect location and easy to maneuver. The staff was all amazing and very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and we would stay here anytime we come back to Denver!

We were in Denver for less than 24 hours for a show and visiting a friend. The location was ideal for walking to most places (very close to venue) and only a few minutes from the train to/from the airport. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I only wish there was an option to waive amenities fee since we were leaving at 3am and would not take advantage of breakfast. Parking can also be added, though I don't believe it is discounted - our friend who joined us used the garage. In all, it did add a significant cos to our stay, which was unexpected. This did not make our experience negative. I think this hotel is a great option for many reasons.

The hotel is interesting and comfortable. Meeting facilities and associated snacks were excellent. All staff, from front desk, to housekeeping, to the management staff were professional, friendly, and capable.

The staff was very helpful, Very easy to get to when you get off the train. We took the train from the airport. The bed was very comfortable, wife said it was one of the best she has slept in. The locate was close to things down town. Easy access to restaurants and stores.
Outstanding service for our business needs while enjoying a comfortable bed and clean room!

We were there for business and had a hiccup in our agenda that affected the timeliness of service. The hotel was incredible at meeting our needs. It was such a nice option to have everything in the same location!
