I will not be staying at this hotel again. For the price point it is not worth the hassle I experienced.
Dirty, inconvenient room. Lack of empathy for guests.

Start out with a positive: the staff was very helpful. Negatives: Room dirty, stained carpet and it looked like someone peed on the chair. Found someone's dirty sock behind chair. Space of about an inch between cement post and bed on one side. Bottle of body wash in shower was empty. BUT the biggest negative: In the morning the breakfast was stated as "grab and go". There was a group who had an Einstein catered breakfast. It was held in the common area. Took up large table and all lobby seating. Husband went down and thought this breakfast was provided by hotel for ALL guests. NOPE. This should have been set up in one of their business/meeting rooms not in main lobby of hotel. Embarrassing.

The location of the Indigo was perfect for getting to the Denver Bronco's game and the Denver Airport. Easy access to the light rail and union station. Rooms were clean and front desk staff was friendly. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Denver.

My wife didn't like the bed but other than that the room was great.

Great night stay in Denver. Went to Red Rocks and it was close to transportation. I enjoyed the location and amenities. Kind of wish it had a pool to cool down after hiking. Great staff and clean hotel and area.
Can't wait to stay again!

Everything about the stay surpassed our expectations. No matter their role, every staff member was kind, helpful and made us feel special. The location was phenomenal. The restaurant on-site and the one they pair with off-site were delicious. We ate at each one multiple times. That says a lot since there are so many good options nearby.
Hotels needs updates

The hotel needs upgrades. I would not stay there again until they make these upgrades and fixes. The shower tiles had mildew and need to be scrubbed. The ceiling in our room was not finished and had stains. It needed painting. The floor in the lobby needs repair. It has a large square where the tile was removed and the tiles have never been replace.

I have had good experience with Indigo brands in the past. While this hotel was in a good location near the main train station and conveniently located next to Whole Foods, that is about where the benefits end. Rooms are small with extremely loud AC units. $20 amenity fee is annoying as should be in the rate. There is very little staff and underwhelming entrance and lobby.

We were very comfortable with the room and television. We liked all the closet space and drawer in one built in compartment. Able to walk from the train to the hotel and visa versa when we checked out.
