My IHG Rewards account was used without my knowledge. My information was not secured by the hotel staff nor IHG themselves, even after advising them of this issue, while whomever was staying at their hotel using my name and account information. Two days after the person checked in, did I receive a call from the gentleman who checked him in and admitted he added my Rewards account to his walk-in reservation because our last name (a relatively common one) and email matched.

While I love the Hotel Indego experience, there are some issues that should be addressed. We stayed one week earlier and while the staff and room were great, we were never able to get more than tepid water in the shower. We were leaving early in the morning so did not ask for maintenance but mentioned at the desk when we checked out. As she never mentioned that this is a common problem, we decided that we would stay on our return trip.
On our return trip we first checked the shower to make sure it was warm water. It was not so I went down to the desk to address. William was wonderful and suggested that we turn on the sink as well as the shower to see if we could get hot water. After about 5 minutes of letting both run, we were able to get hot water. What a waste of water! I do want to commend William on great customer service. He assisted finding an item that we had left of an earlier visit and was efficient checking us in and dealing with me as a not so happy customer when we did not have hot water.
While I understand short staff for holidays and emergency situations, having the fire alarm go off at 12:30 was difficult and unavoidable. The inability to get the elevators working after the alarm was unacceptable regardless of holiday or staffing. I had been diagnosed with Pneumonia a few days before so dealing with the stairs down was a bummer, there is no way I could have handled 11 flights back up. When the alarm was done, we waited in the lobby for over an hour for the elevators to be re-set. When we asked, we were told they were looking for someone to reset them. We were finally offered the use of the staff elevator to the 5th floor and walked up to 11. When we went to check out in the morning the elevators were still not running, We had to carry our belonging from 11 to 5 where we had to ask permission to get a ride down to 1. The ride from 5 to 1 was not offered, i had to ask

recomiendo el hotel es muy centrico comodo y todo esta muy a la mano ademas sus vistas a la ciudad son hermosas puedes ir en pareja y tiene buen ambiente en la barra . oh quiza con famili la pasaran muy comodos

If you can, highly recommend due to its location and "vibe". As the title states, you'll won't regret your stay. I recommend stopping by the lobby and listens to the live music (if available) and view of the city.

This was the worst experience at a IHG motel we have stayed at ever. We arrived for our stay , room was not ready waited for awhile to get our room. When we got our room the air conditioner was not working. Called the front desk and we’re told someone would come look at it. Maintenance changed air filters and were told it would be about 1 hour before it would come on and they brought a standing fan to use. Then we decided to go to the restaurant downstairs, it was closed even though a couple of staff members says it was open. We waited for 1 hour and it still was not open. The desk clerk suggested the bar, we sat there for 30 minutes while 3 employees were sitting there but not one on them had the courtesy to tell us it was not open. We just left and went back to our room which still had no air conditioner yet. Called front desk and was told we had to wait for it to come on . We were told to call if we needed anything else. So rude and didn’t even care . We finally decided we had to find another place to stay because no one cared at this location. After we went to let the desk clerk know we wanted to check out and talk to the manager, we were told we would not be getting a refund . Then we were told they were thinking about getting us another room but we decided we were done!! Again this was the worst experience ever . We booked another room at a IHG location in El Paso. My suggestion is that your staff learn your restaurant and bar hours and care about their guests. In our leaving because the air conditioner wasn’t working We forgot our hanging clothes in the room closet, I called immediately and told the desk clerk who assured me they would have it when we went back the next morning to pick it up. It wasn’t ready , I had to wait 30 minutes while they decided who was going to find it !!!! Again they don’t care!!!!

Without our consent, the room was not cleaned for 2 consecutive days.
The room does not include any bottle of water.
The bar in floor 5 is very good.

Overall excellent choice as I’ve stayed there for my second time. Quiet, clean, great layout for what I needed. Amazing night time food choices when needed and limited to getting out. Would recommend it to other traveling for work.

Every time I want to go to El Paso for business/leisure I choose Hotel Indigo! Placed right on the edge of the arts district makes it a perfect place to go for a short walk to most destinations you want to get to Downtown. Pricing was not an issue for service and location, and the attentive staff/clean rooms are as expected of such a popular hotel! There’s usually some sort of soirée going on the 5th floor so if you’re a social person this is the perfect place to bump elbows.

Every staff person I interacted with was kind, cheerful, and welcoming to El Paso. I traveled for work and will certainly stay here again
