Nice clean room and very clean. Breakfast was very good. Pool was kinda small but very clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay at this hotel or any other in their brand again as this is my preferred hotel

After a long drive it was nice to have a fast check in experience and arrive in a clean, comfortable room. The shower was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. I'll certainly be looking for Holiday Inn Express on our next trip.

Always a great stay and I recommend it to anyone wanting to be near downtown but not wanting to pay the downtown price.

A clean and comfortable hotel with a great breakfast. The location is convenient to Nashville, but far enough away to escape the crowds. My kids enjoyed the pool after a long day of walking around Nashville. I'd definitely stay there again!

First room had not been cared for at all . Staff immediatly gave us another room that met all of our expectations for a Holiday Inn room . Very nice , very comfortable , and very clean. The next morning after getting cleaned up, our Holiday Inn Courtesy Breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choices for hot or cold breakfast . Great Hot Cinnamon rolls, and biscuits and gravy. Had it not been for the first room being a mess , it would probably have been one of our best stays ever.

I frequent this hotel a lot. The staff here is always great and very friendly. Room is always comfortable. Quite area with plenty of restaurants and shopping close. Only bad is that the hot water takes forever to work in the room. Other than that no complaints.
