Some insight from a person who stayed there for a while

My review will focus on some of the people who work at the hotel. I stayed there for some time, and had the opportunity to observe and interact with most of the people working there. I hope future guests use this review as a guide as to who to approach for their various needs at the hotel. I will be brief.
If you need anything taken care of with regards to housekeeping, go to Marta - she runs it. She is resourceful, very capable, sensitive to the needs of guests - and most importantly warm and kind.
Vanessa is the housekeeper who took care of my room primarily. Diligent, efficient, with an attention to detail. Work is immaculate.
Faisal works at the front desk. Is the epitome of professionalism. Treats everyone with respect. Very high EQ, and therefore a go-to guy for guests.
Cindy works at the front desk as well. Relatively new, but a great addition. Self assured, extremely personable, and exudes competence.
Robert and Walter deal with any electrical or engineering issues you might have in your room. They know what they are doing .. and if you have a problem, they will fix it quickly. Very approachable as well ...
Lastly - the person who runs the ship is Vickie - and she runs a tight ship. I have dealt with her on a variety of issues. She is firm, but fair. Respectful, tactful and extremely cognizant of a guest's needs - and she gets things done. To her employers, I would say: Please clone her.

The staff at this hotel make all the difference. The room had a slight odor and needs to be refreshed. The bed/mattress was very comfortable.

Great room clean good location. Only problem was that check out was at 12pm and the staff came on the room twice between 11 and 11:30 when i was still packing

I stay at Candlewood weekly to alleviate commuting to and from work. My schedule is pretty consistent, however there are times when I have to make schedule changes at the last minute. When I do have the last-minute changes in my schedule, I call or email the management and they always manage to accommodate my change and are very pleasant about it. I have stayed in other hotels like this in the past and Candlewood staff is by far the most professional and pleasant.
All of the Staff from housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk and Admin are great. Great me by my first name and always pleasant.

Faisal and Dominique made this very stressful last minute stay so comfortable and helped me enormously as my luggage was lost so I didn't have a proper phone changer. Faisal let me charge my phone up front using his charger and then Dominique has an extra charger she let me borrow over night which was an absolute lifesaver as I was exhausted and needed to sleep asap.

Good choice for one night stay for a flight change like I did or something but it is over priced for the services they do
