I highly recommend this property, I stay at IHG properties all over the USA and this is one of the best! The amenities are very good and the folks are very helpful and nice, you can tell the staff really cares about their customers.

Derek was amazing him and Kathy did above and beyond there duties. your hotel is always a pleasure to stay at when I come into horseheads. Very clean and no complaints. thank you for such an amazing experience

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it never amazes me the kindness that you get when you check in to the kindness you get when you check out. They make you feel so at home. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. My choice of hotels when I am in the area.

The check in and out was quick and painless.. no hidden fees as with some hotels. The room was clean and relatively well maintained.
The fridge was a bit too noisy but not over the top

The hotel is overall clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and super friendly. Bed wasn’t to my liking but the size and comfort of room kind of made up for it. I would definitely consider returning or trying another Candlewood Suites.

I loved staying here. Despite the lack of free breakfast, staying here was worth my time and money. My room was clean, spaceous, and cozy.

This is a very nice Hotel from the staff, to the cleanliness of the room, and how comfortable and a good nights sleep. Always my Hotel of choice when working in the area.

The room was dirty, bathroom has hair in tub and sink. Chairs were also dirty. It was cleaned when we asked but it should not have happened.

Good hotel to stay close to the highway, great access to Seneca, Ithaca, Watkins Glen. Budget friendly, extremely dog friendly and comfortable for us and the dogs. Great foot options around the hotel. Very friendly staff.
