This is my second time staying at this hotel. I chose this hotel because my partner and I go to Kings games often, although we live in the area we always choose this hotel due to its location, cleanliness, and amenities.

I didn’t expect much but overall experience of my stay was great! The staff to good care and pay attention to your call and request. The restaurant downstairs deserve good food. The hotel is located in a very good location.

The hotel had great guest services. Close enough to get to Universal Studios within 15 minutes. Close to Staples Center. A great location to visit places nearby.

Loved the style coming in, such a refreshing look upon check in. Stayed out super late and was nice to sleep in late, had great blackout curtains

We booked two rooms at this hotel, one with points and one with Amex FHR. The decor was lovely; however, do not expect a Waldorf style bathtub or a 4Seasons level of service. It’s a hip hotel in a good location with good service and amenities. It was cold during our stay, so we didn’t utilize the pool, but I would expect that would be a strong selling point in the summer. The breakfast was pricy but delicious (a la carte was available, but full buffet was $34 per person, including beverage, half price for kids). Parking was $49 per night, valet only with in-out privileges.
I would definitely stay here again, but would use free nights or points to do so.

The stay was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful when asking for places to visit or recommending places to eat or entertainment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other if they are staying in the area,

This hotel was amazing. I had a great experience from check in to check out. The restaurant food was very tasty and well seasoned. The drinks from the bar were great as well.
Great aesthetics, good room, needs some work.

The hotel was overall good, especially the aesthetics and design. The room and bathroom were spacious and bed was comfortable. However, there were some details that needed work. Cleanliness of the room was not the best with a bit of trash still on the floor, bathroom window did not close fully making it very cold and noisy, and the shower would turn off intermittently.
