Great Place to Finish our Vacation

This property was the last stop on our month-long road trip. Booking hotels online, is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get. Out of the 16 properties we stayed during this month this property was ranked in our top 3 for staff, cleanliness, continental breakfast and pet area for our Service Dog to relax.

The staff was great from the time I entered the building to when I left the next day, my on problem with the property is their firearms policy, I always conceal carry and I always travel with a firearm,I was disappointed. We're in the great state of Texas for Christ' sakes,and That's why the overall experience is 3 stars out of 5

The AC’s are loud and don’t allow you to sleep, pain is falling from the ceiling, bathtubs have rust and damaged.
Location is convenient. Otherwise pass

I booked the room for a family member to stay while in town to help another family member with medical issues; they stated that the hotel staff was great and the hotel exceeded expectations.

Overall Experience: My stay at Staybridge was truly memorable. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in providing an outstanding guest experience. I left feeling refreshed and pampered, and I can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a nice getaway, I highly recommend Staybridge.
Great for a overnight stay... BUT THATS IT

This is great for a overnight stay for a game...but it ends there. The room I was first given AC didn't work, tv volume didn't work, smoke detector was hanging by wires, plastic bag over smoke detector, lights in fridge didn't work, when left over ice melted in sink it left a white paste residue. 3 of 4 outside doors were not usable with key card. Main lobby door was not accessible with key card. Had to be manually unlocked by employee inside. Plus there's a Frat house behind hotel...wait till it's party time your headboard will vibrate from the bass.

Staff were friendly. There are some things that need to be fixed/cleaned and regularly maintained. Carpets were dirty, drains missing plugs, ice maker that did not work. The building is dated for sure.
