The front desk girl she was so nice breakfast was so good and the room it was good the bathroom lot hair and no shower curtain on the bathtub

Location is conveniently located for freeway access as well as walking distance from dining, and shopping. Parking is free and close to the hotel. Overall quiet and clean hotel with decent beds. Staffing seems low and overwhelmed trying to multitask to keep up with front desk and laundry/dishes. Rarely anyone at the front counter for assistance. Cook staff for breakfasts very efficient, and went out of their way to make sure guests got what they needed.

The Holiday Inn Express in Lynwood, WA was a great place for us to stay. Our room were clean, the staff were great, and the free hot buffet breakfast was tasty!

Hotel needs a facelift

This property could be great. The location is fantastic for shopping. But the pool was broken and there was an underlying dirtiness to the hotel. the hot breakfast was well stocked but predictable and exactly the same as every other mid-range hotel the served free breakfast.

We have stayed here several times and have always had a good stay. The staff are friendly , breakfast is great, rooms are very clean. We go here often mostly because of medical visits but we have gone just to get away as well.

Not the best stay

Staff was excellent room not so much. There were issues with the smell in the bathroom smelled musty. Sink backed up. Tv remote did not work and did not get fixed when I reported it had to get the desk person to fix it when I returned from work that day.
