Overall very satisfied with my stay. This is my go to hotel when I visit Meridian.

My husband family lives here and the location is convenient to their home. I usually bring my cleaning supplies and I had to use all of them. Lysol, wipes,and bathroom cleaners. I know with the pandemic that staff is hard to come by but our room was horrible. I had to use the bed sheet on the furniture to sit on it. I had to take the comforter off the king size bed in order for my children to sleep on the stained sofa bed. I didn’t complain to the staff because what good would it have done. The food was good but the room was dirty. The bathroom had yellow stains around the toilet. The carpet was visible filthy and had food and stains everywhere. I had to spray and wipe the whole room. The curtains had stains and food and even a red looking liquid. BloodI don’t know. I wipe and sprayed before we sat down. I had to get more towels and bedding because I had to use them on the filthy carpet. I have pictures and the hotels needs to clean this room. King room suite. I will not post the pictures unless asked.

Even though there was a lot of construction crew there, it was very quiet. Friendly personnel and restaurant very efficient and timely.

Always top quality and excellent service. I stay here evertime I come here time I come through. Clean inviting and top notch service. Highly recommended for any type of stay. Will be back soon. Looking forward to room service in my fantastic room

The front desk lady’s attitude could’ve been much better. I can tell she was not pleased when i checked in.

Friendly staff, clean rooms.
Food was good, even some of the locals come to eat here.
One of my co-workers was having troubles with his hotel door not working sometimes. My only complaint would be to have them all fixed up / upgraded.

The room was just fine--big enough, quiet, clean. But the staff at checkin was sullen and unfriendly. Really got the impression she hated her job.

The young woman who waited on us Monday for breakfast is an ACE. She took excellent care of us and was really good with 5yo granddaughter. I can't remember her name , but her birthday was last week. She's a keeper. Look forward to seeing her again during our next stay.
Comfortable and clean

Check in was great, hotel front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. The pool area was nice, the kids enjoyed it. The water was clean and plenty of seating. We liked the outdoor seating near lobby for fresh air.
