The room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked to cool the room though it was loud. The issue was that they did not inform me that the window shades needed to be replaced before assigning me the room and the technician spent quite some time fixing it while I was in the room. The whole process seemed disorganized and could be improved.

The room was very nice and clean even provided a microwave and refrigerator. Had all the amenities also didn't even have to use my shower products it was awesome, they even had a blowdryer and couldn't wait to use the jacuzzi

My kids loved it here and they had breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. At check-in, it was easy, fast, and quick. My kids were tired and ready for bed they were so fast with helping with that.

For the most part the hotel was really clean, I’ve never had any issues ever with IHG hotels. Before I drove an hour and a half out to the hotel I called the morning of to see if I could check-in early. The gentleman that answered the phone stated that it won’t be an issue to check-in early I just would be charged a fee. The gentleman advised me that I would be able to check-in at noon. I drive an hour and a half from vegas and arrive around noon. Keep in mind I have my whole family including my dogs and arrive at the hotel stating that I was unable to check-in due to my room not being ready.
The staff stated that they would call when the room is ready. 3pm rolls around which states at the front desk is when check-in starts. The front desk states that my room is STILL not ready. At approximately 5pm they still say that my room is not ready 2 hours after check-in time!! After causing a scene my one of my two rooms miraculously is ready. I’ve never had issues with ANY IHG hotel until now. This property needs to do better this was unacceptable. After the inconvenience they only thing that was offered was a comped breakfast.
Smells like a sewer.

Most good place to stay. New beds and an air conditioner that stayed on all night would make this place better. The air conditioner would turn off and on all night. Which affected the room temperature. The pillows were nice and I liked that there were options.
Not ready for Prime Time

Not ready for prime time! The hotel is going through growing pains. We selected this property because it supposedly had a bar and restaurant on site, which is important to us when temperatures are 100+. The bar/restaurant has very few choices. I ordered a specific beer and was told that was the last one they had. The wine list is a joke! Inferior California wines that cost less than ten dollars a bottle, retail, being sold for $10 a glass. The limited food choices were prepared well, but the options were really limited. Our room did not have wi-fi! Tried to get them to fix it but they couldn't. What is the point of a suite if you need to go to the lobby to work? AC was not fully functional so they brought us a fan. No hooks in the bathroom for towels or toilet kits. Staff were very friendly and genuinely concerned about food, beverage and room amenities, but could do noting to assist. Breakfast buffet was outstanding, best of the three meals we had in the hotel.

My husband and I stayed in Holiday Inn in Mesquite at the beginning of Sept 2025. The location was super convenient right by the freeway. We were very happy with our stay, The room and the bathroom were both very clean and so were all other areas of the hotel. The hotel had a feel of a luxurious place but the price was very reasonable. We were also very happy with the staff who was super friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for a quiete and clean place to stay.
